This as exactly what my band needed to record songs and adjust the individual instruments that we had plugged in. The mixer works great for turning up vocals and guitar while turning down things like drums and he brass. The computer interface is great too and works seamlessly with my audio mixing programs to get results that we're all very proud of. Additionally the amount of inputs are exactly what we needed for 4 instruments and vocals. The build quality of the mixer is very good and all the buttons have withstood all our constant sliding and pressing over and over. Overall this is a great piece of audio kit that has given us the ability to make great music as a band, the ease of use and set up sold us immediately and the results have made us true believers. Highly recommended!

I recently picked up the BOMGE Audio Mixer (BM-05 5 Channels) for my YouTube podcast, and it’s honestly been amazing! Just last week, I was recording a session with two guests—one using a condenser mic and the other playing an acoustic guitar. The mixer’s 3 XLR inputs with 48V phantom power worked perfectly for the mic, and the stereo line inputs let me hook up the guitar and my laptop for some background tunes. The Bluetooth came in clutch when I needed to play a last-minute clip from my phone, and the USB recording feature made saving everything to my computer super easy. I also had fun adjusting the sound with the EQ and adding a light echo—it made us sound so polished! Plus, the headphone jack helped me catch little issues right away. I totally recommend this mixer to any podcaster—it’s simple to use, super versatile, and really steps up your audio game.

I got this for my partner, it works well for her needs and is relatively compact.l, making it good for both travel and for easy storage in our tiny home. The build isn't quite as sturdy as a similar mixer I have that has a nice thick metal build, but it's still a decently sturdy plastic build.

I'm no professional, but I'm learning the basics of recording at home. I'm a singer/songwriter, and am tired of paying so much money on recording studio time. Plus, It's interesting to learn how to do it all yourself. I like that this board has several different mic/instrument lines/channels. There are individual controls for each channel, so that's nice too. I love that I can have my keyboard, mic, and someone else can have a mic and guitar with me at the same time if we wanted to record live.Overall small but decent for beginners and folks wanting to record at home without a huge investment of equipment.

Boy, am I stoked about this thing! I have a JBL Eon One speaker which has a few inputs and knobs on it, but this greatly enhances what I can do at a terrific price.I call contra dances and I need a one-man set-up that I can easily carry with me. When I pulled this out of the box, the first thing I noticed was how astoundingly lightweight it is. That’s the plastic build. I don’t want anything heavier. One of the detriments of the JBL speaker is that unless I’m using the app, I get only one set of sound control knobs and I have to cycle through the inputs to control the right device. With this, I have easy access to the knobs for each individual mic. This also allows me to expand my set-up to have more inputs than just the few the JBL Eon speaker offers. It additionally gives me RCA inputs, which I didn’t have before, plus multiple phantom-powered mic inputs. I also get a second Bluetooth input, so I can have two Bluetooth devices connected to my JBL Eon speaker simultaneously.Something else I’m excited about is the ability to record audio to a USB drive, or play files from a USB drive, two features I don’t have on my Eon One. I tested both out and they work great! Though when I finished recording it seemed to play back the file immediately. Maybe there’s a way to prevent that from happening.Everything I tested works very nicely. The knobs on this feel great and it’s pretty easy to learn. It does have to be connected to power to work, but it works perfectly when powered by the USB port on my JBL speaker, so that’s no issue at all. It might be nice if there were the ability to play files from an SD card, or from Apple AirPlay. I’m not sure what version Bluetooth this has. It would be good to know but I can’t find that information anywhere. I also wish this came with a simple form-fitting carry/storage case to keep dust out of the ports.
