This chair is beautiful! It is comfortable and so well made. Very thick cushioned seat, wide enough to cross my legs in it if needed, and has a great back support! I just put it together today and it was an easy, quick assembly. It has a reclining option and the arm rests can be raised to preference. I would love to have an adjustable lumbar but it really is great just the way it comes. I am excited to start using it. Starting out with 5 stars and hoping to maintain it.This is not a fit for an average height desk. For tall or standing desks only. It’s also not small but doesn’t take up a large amount of space either. It’s great for my make do, small office area set up in my living room corner.

The chair was easy to put together. It is super comfortable and the perfect height for my desk that is not a normal height. The seat is wide and the padding is good. The adjustable arms are a nice added touch. The only complaint isn't really a complaint, just something to note. The rubber screw covers do not fit. The are the wrong size and they literally fall out of the holes. Not a big deal, just something to note.

It's always dicey buying stuff likes shoes, clothes or office chairs online. Those are sort of personal things you want to feel and try out before plunking down your scheckles. But, I took a chance on this chair since it seemed to hit all the key points I was looking for.I must say I am pleased with the purchase. It's a stout chair that easily and comfortably supports a full grown male body (with perhaps and extra pound or two over the average). It feels durable and raises up to let me sit at standing desk level with ease. The foot ring.... Well, that is its weak point both literally and figuratively. But, I think all drafting chairs probably suffer from this. The foot ring has a tendency to drift down no matter how tight you screw down the lock knob. That can be easily overcome though by just setting it to where you want it and measuring the gap between the bottom of the ring and the chair base and cutting a matching length of PVC pipe to slip over the chair post between the two components. Once you have that keeping the ring at the proper height for your legs, Bob's your Uncle, it'll stay in place. The ring is probably also a tad small for most people's legs too. Originally I found that I had to really stretch my legs backwards to rest my feet on the ring. I cut out a wider ring from a quality piece of plywood and fastened it to the chair ring which gives me another 3 inches all around which is MUCH better. But, again, in looking at the specs of other drafting chairs, this foot rest ring size seemed to be fairly standard if not even slightly larger than many others. The quality and comfort of the chair is it's selling point. It can accommodate a 230 lbs man easily.

I've used this chair at my office job for 7 months, and it still feels brand new. The seat is super thick and comfy, and lumbar support is decent. I have it set to it's maximum height, and it hasn't sunk even a tiny bit. I did replace the casters with a rollerblade-style set, but there was nothing wrong with the original casters - they were sturdy and rolled very easily. (I was just afraid the hard plastic would cause wear on my LVP flooring.)It has a knob to adjust the lean-back tension, a lever to lock the lean at a certain angle, and the height adjustment. You can also adjust the height of the foot ring - but like others have mentioned, it doesn't tend to stay in place, and will inevitably slip back down. This isn't a big deal - even at it's lowest, my feet can still reach it. I'm 5'7", and the chair's maximum height leaves me just an inch or two shy of my standing height, so switching between standing/sitting doesn't require any desk adjustments, which was my main criteria when shopping for a drafting chair.Overall, this is a comfortable, sturdy, and durable desk chair, for a very fair price. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best office chairs we have ever purchased, especially for the price. It was fairly easy to put together with very sturdy parts. The seat is very comfortable and roomier than the typical chair. It is also adjustable in all the right places and has a leaver to stop the back from reclining. So far it looks like it will be able to withstand 10-12 hour days.

I got exactly what was shown. This chair is firm and supports my lumber well. It was easy to put together. Did need the two of us for some areas. So far I love this chair.

This chair seems to be very good quality. It is very comfortable, we actually keep it at our dining table which is actually an island that is bar stool height and doubles as a small office on one end. This chair’s height is perfect, fits under the keyboard tray attached to the bottom of the island. It was easy to assemble and the art and back rests are very sturdy and comfortable. For as good as a chair can be, this one is a good find. The good reviews on here are representative of this chair in my view.

Absolutely love the versatility of being able to raise / lower this chair to meet my sit / stand desk as needed so that I can maintain my standing desk height without switching chair height because I want to mix it up and sit. Very comfortable and great lumbar support as well. Only drawback is when I ordered there was no black ones left so I had to order the grey one, but once I got it the colour wasn’t as light as in the picture so I’m satisfied.

I converted my existing, 5' x 5' corner desk to a standing desk. It costs me 1 sheet of plywood and some design/fabrication time, vs. $1000 or more for a new motorized one in the size I require. It just seems like overkill to have a desk all decked out with motors so you can raise/lower it. I figured, just get a chair that enables you to be the same height - standing or sitting. Then there's no need to raise/lower the entire desk. This chair is very close - only about 1.5-1.75" shorter sitting than when standing, but close enough. I may get some upgraded wheels for this chair that have a larger diameter and knock the difference down by half. The wheels that came with it are decent enough, rolls around on my Berber carpet without trouble. This chair feels very comfortable - firm, but soft enough so hours of sitting is OK. Assembly was very easy. I don't like arms on my chairs, so this was another selling point for this one. If you don't want arms, simply don't install them.I like everything about this chair - the mobility, the fit, comfort, back support...except the foot support ring is a bit low if you have the chair at max height (as I always do). As other reviewers have said, if you intend to keep the chair at max height, install the foot ring upside down, so it juts upward instead of downward. Its also a bit small in diameter, but I don't really use it anyway. I have a foot stool under my desk that keeps my feet at a great height, and lets me move my feet around a bit, as if they were on the floor.
