Really good beginner interactive toy to introduce kids - or in my case, grandkids - to dinosaurs. The package came with the six plastic figures as well as a hangable plastic laminated poster that has built-in sounds. The sounds are activated by first turning on the device by using the power button in the upper right corner of the poster. It also includes a volume “+” and “-“ buttons, which are nice. The sounds include the name of the dinosaur selected, followed by the dinosaur’s authentic roar/screech (at least that’s what the grandkids say!).Grandkids really like it when they use it, and have gotten to the point where they can name the dinosaur just by the sounds. Fun little toy that is good to teach via sound, visual, and auditory skills!

My 5 year old nephew is a huge dinosaur fan and has been collecting them for a while now. When I saw the Boley Interactive Dinosaur Sound Poster, I knew I had to get it for him as a surprise. The poster comes with 6 dinosaur figures and I was really impressed with the quality and detail of each one. The poster itself is also really well made and the sound feature is great! It's an educational tool as well, and my nephew loves to learn the names of different dinosaurs and their unique roars. My nephew was so excited when he saw it and he's been playing with it non-stop since I gave it to him. It's a great addition to his collection and I love that it's not just a toy but also a learning tool. I highly recommend this product to any dinosaur-loving kids and their families.

I got this to use at a dinosaur themed birthday party and think it will make a cute and fun addition. It takes 3 AAA batteries (not included) and a tiny Phillips head screwdriver to get the battery compartment open but the batteries install easily. It has an on/off switch as well as volume control buttons along with a button for each of the dinosaur pictured. When a button is pressed, the name of the dinosaur is pronounced clearly followed by the sound the dino may have made and includes all of the usual favorites plus some. I like that the voice doesn't sound computerized but like they used an actual person to pronounce the names and give them an "exciting" inflection. Is it the best sound ever? No, but I didn't expect it to be given what it is. Still, the sound works just fine, no static or cutting in and out. It also comes with six plastic dinosaur figures and wish it would have included all of the dinos on the mat so they can have fun matching them up. Plus afterward, the birthday kid can have something fun to remember their birthday and play with later on. The current price of $19.95 is a good value.

Once you turn on the power and press any button on the pad, it will say the name of the dinosaur and roar sounds. It has auto off feature, if you leave the pad on for a while without any action, it will turn off by itself, which is useful.It needs 3 AAA batteries, which were not included as mentioned in the online description. They also mentioned that toy figures are made out of hard plastic, and they weren’t kidding. It seems like little too hard for the younger ones, I think bit softer would have been better for the little kids. Nevertheless, they still had a lot of fun.

The poster is of a good size, doesn't come with batteries, but it is really cool! You can control the volume of it and turn it off and on, when you press the "sound" symbol near the dinosaurs, an enthusiastic voice says the name of the dinosaur and then you get to hear the dinosaur roar. I obviously can't 100% confirm that they sounded like they do, but they sound very realistic. If you compare them to dinosaur movies, like Jurassic Park, most sound the same. It is a full roar, easy to hear, high-quality, and it sounds as if a dinosaur was really near you, or far away from you, depending on volume settings and how close or far you are to the poster.It comes with the dinosaur toys and they are just as they are pictured. They look pretty realistic, and are definitely a good addition to a collection/the poster. As of now, they are not easy to break, the painting stays intact, and are guaranteed to bring smiles.I'd say this is a must for dinosaur lovers!

Dinosaurs are always a winner with the kids. Mine enjoyed the six dinosaurs included and immediately went off to play with them. The dinosaurs appear to be accurate by the standards of modern paleontology.The poster is a bit more limited in usefulness. When you press the "button" on the poster, a voice reads the name of the dinosaur (helpful with pronunciation) and then plays that dinosaur's "roar." The former was useful; the latter was a bit silly.I also had difficulty getting the poster to lie flat against the wall, and with the single anchor point at the top, it swiveled around a fair bit when pressing using the sound features. Needs to have some tape or something to secure the bottom against the wall.

This is a very cool toy for the dinosaur loving child. The poster has pictures of various dinos and when the speaker symbol is pushed a voice says its name and then it roars like the original or at least what they think was the original sound. It does require 3 AAA batteries which are not included. Included are 6 dinosaur figurines for each of the dinos in the poster. They look very real are of a hand size where a child can play with them. The company has many other highly rated toy animals. This is a good buy for the dinosaur loving child.
