These MOSFETs worked fine for my application, once I remembered to bias the gate towards ground. They seem to be well made.

When I received package of 5 Mosfets , only 2 was good out of the 5 when I tested them.

Being that these type of semiconductors are extremely sensitive to damage by the smallest amount of static electricity, they were sent in a plain plastic box. To me that doesn’t seem to be industry standard behavior, I may be old school, but I am used to “anti-static” bags. The first two I used failed immediately. Don’t know if it was my fault or not, have not put the other three into service yet but will be very wary when I do.

I usually buy from ebay like an idiot but wanted to see what Amazon was selling so I got these. These were labeled 918P as the photo shows and have an input and output capacitance of around 2nF. I've seen as low as 1nF on some ebay purchases as well as commonly around 5nF. These particular 'BOJACK' 460's worked out well in a 16mhz plasma flame circuit.
