It came with damaged box and all reams of paper were opened and damaged, problem has not been corrected

I ordered a case of 8 1/2 x 14 Legal paper. Every ream packaging was torn and two of the reals where not even in wrappers the paper was just in the box. It was dirty and most likely won't be able to use it. Very disappointed.
