I purchased this LW jig to place an old JoJan straight fletcher. I shoot full helical with my traditional stuff. I ordered an extra RW clamp separately. Very easy to use. The fletching process with this is pretty straight forward. If you're not a instruction reader, make sure you align the graduations on the back of the jig (the part that houses the magnet)to get your L or R helical correct. Once you do that, the fletching lines up great. Also, this worked fine on 2216 Easton XX75 Gamegetters if you're worried about arrow diameters larger than carbon.

This fletching jig seems to work well for a clamp type jig. I have no complaints. It is nice that it has markings on it to tune in adjust fletching offset.

Affordable and very versatile, you can really dial in the right amount of offset, just be checking knobs and make sure everything stays snug, it only takes a couple arrows to get dialed in.Tip: Buy some oracle 651 vinyl and make your own wraps its a lot easier removing vanes and experiment with different setups. Especially helpful for broadhead tuning.

The Bohning Fletching tool is exactly what I wanted. It took a couple of arrows to get myself and the tool working together but in the end I was very happy with the results. I did four fletcher per hour as a test and love how it turned out.The bonus was that it took 24 hours from when I ordered until it was delivered, that is amazing.

Love this jig. I first got the Aae 3 fletching jig for like 12$ less, but was not happy because I couldn't adjust it and arrow tip kept lifting the jig if no pressure applied. So I got this jig and it is very adjustable, took me quite some time to get it perfectly adjusted to about a 3-4° right helical with 2 inch blazer vanes... I'm a perfectionist...Arrows sing through the air, very steady and even broadheads are flying true. Very nice beginner, budget jig.I always wipe the clamp every vane I glue and after finishing the arrow I gently scrape all the hardened glue off with a knife to keep it from getting all gunked up. Works well!

Decent low cost jig. I do not see why it would have any negatives - yes it is not a Bitz, but for the money, I could by 5 of these for 1 Bitz. It does a great job and is not difficult to set up (somewhat intuitive). It cleans up very well using acetone or Methel Ethyl Keytone (MEK), but I prefer acetone - honestly if you need to put a bunch of time into clean up, then you are probably using too much glue.I've fletched "fat" Carbon Express CXL's with it as well as Blue Streaks with equal results. I have only used Bohning Blazers or X2's with it, so I cannot speak to results with longer vanes, but the results are equal with either vane.
