Reasonable sound. Fit me well and useful on longer runs. I'm having no trouble getting good battery life (6 hours) from them. I use them for longer runs (1-2 hours) and am happy with comfort and fit.My volume up button stopped working about about 2 months. Customer service immediately shipped out a replacement.Conclusion? Good, affordable option. Questionable quality, but backed by good customer service.

I go to the gym three times a week and never leave home without U18 headphones. A few weeks ago , the control.ling side would not function. I communiated with the company , particularly Bobby. They advised that they had a one year warrranty and would gladly replace . Within a few days I received the new pair, within a week I had them charged, paied and in use . The sound is phenominal.Bobby, Thank you very much for your help.

I use these every night so that I can listen to audiobooks or podcasts when I'm sleeping. For the price they are really good, they have decent sound and they have a good charge. These typically last me for 12-15 months of use. Again they get used every night and when I do yard work. They are fairly comfortable and easy to connect. They stay on my ears all night as I toss and turn as I try to escape my wife from putting her knee in my back. The sound quality is good enough that I can't hear my wife snoring and growling all night. She scares me.

Great value for the item. The sound is great, the charge lasts a long time, easy to connect to my phone, it is very lightweight and seems pretty durable because I wear them when I go running and I've never had any issues. Easy to connect to my phone and the fit is great

I’ve only been using these for one day. The sound and technical functionality seem fine and they connected to my device seamlessly. However, there are design flaws and they will not stay in my small ears, even with the smallest earbud tips.1. The “adjustable” ear hook is not adjustable. It is flexible, so if your ears are large, they will accommodate, but if your ears are small, they barely work. It would be useful if they could be bent and hold the position.2. They are a bit bulky, so without a snug fit, they fall out easily.3. It is hard to avoid pressing control buttons when adjusting the right-side earbud unless you position your fingers precisely. I now know I prefer to have the controls on the cable instead.I’m going to try to return these. I think I could make them work if they had adjustable ear hooks, but they aren’t usable if they don’t stay in my ears.

An update to my first review of 2 stars -After posting my review, the seller contacted me to learn more about the problem and possible remedies for the problem. No luck on the potential fixes, so they offered to send me a new set with a new/improved chip for better audio and bluetooth connectivity. Got the new set in 2 days and I have been using them for a few days now. Audio is good to very good. Bluetooth connectivity is rock solid. So I am updating my rating to 5 stars for overall quality, plus customer service!******************************************Original RatingHere's what I like - 1. they stay in my ears and are comfortable. 2. the charge lasts a long time. 3. Easily paired with my phone.Here's what I don't like - 1. Music-wise - The sound is just OK. Bass is a bit weak but overall is ok. 2. When using them for phone calls - the audio is a little muffled. When making a call today, the connection got a little flaky. The audio kept dropping out like I was out of range of the earphones, but I was just sitting there at my desk with my phone right in front of me. Switching the call to the phone's speaker/mic greatly improved the sound quality.So, I will use them for running/biking but not when I need high quality audio.

I love these headphones. I originally got them for running and like the band so I can loop them around my neck when not listening. They fit snugly in my ears and the loop holds them in. Sound is clear and they connect flawlessly to Bluetooth. I’ve now had them over 2 years and they still work perfectly and I use them often for work meetings. Highly recommend!

Eu devia ter desconfiado de que o preço estava bom demais: a qualidade sonora é péssima. A sensação é de que qualquer coisa que sai do fone tem um papelão na frente. Infelizmente foi para o lixo eletrônico.

The built quality is very poor and substandard. I requested for a refund which was approved, however the seller expects the item to be delivered back to their warehouse which is 30 kms away and the cost to courier it is as much as the product cost. Amazon did not pick it back as they usually do.
