These glasses bring me so much joy. They keep things hot, don’t require a coaster, and are aesthetically pleasing. I prefer the smaller size (8 oz) because my hands are small, but I have a few of the larger ones too.Just wish bodum would also make tiny tea cups (2 oz) in this style!

The double-walled glass is so aesthetically nice, of course, but it's also great because it keeps your drinks hot and your hands not hot :) They are dishwasher safe, and wash beautifully. I have a Bodum french press that I bought almost 20 years ago and it's still pristine.

These double insulated glasses our AWESOME for cocktails. Keep whatever your drinking cool and ice last longer. Elegant, stylish and easy to hold. The clean easily and can go in dishwasher.. but some have broken if banged around in there.

....still very fragile so handle with care....I had a cheaper knockoff set of these before and they all either broke or leaked.... Not sealed very well.This new version from Bodum has a special valve that constantly equalizes the pressure between the two walls to adjust for temperatuve. And they claim it will never leak. We will see. Does seem like a better design. The silicone plug is dead center at the bottom.Despite being heavier than my last set, the glass is still pretty thin and this stuff cracks pretty easily if tapped the wrong way. (Very brittle) Bodum even recommends against putting ice cubes in them until they are full of liquid, because of the threat of breakage. The also said to avoid metal untensils to stir with.But if handled with care, they do the job. Keeping drinks hot or cold with no condensation.My only gripe is the stickers are hard to get off.And whatever you do, don't drop them. They will shatter into a million pieces. Very hard to clean up.

These glasses are great for coffee, espresso, latte’s, hot chocolate and also perfect for cold beverages. The double walled construction keeps the inside stuff at serving temperature and your hands safe from any temperature extreme.They look lovely - certainly clean euro style that works in every social setting.If there is one complaint it is they do not survive any drop of more than a foot onto a kitchen floor. On carpets they do fine In some houses that won’t matter but I am a gold medal clutz so the cost is a consideration to replace.That being said, once we were down to 2 glasses I immediately ordered the six pack because I love them that much. If you’re not sure, I don’t about any of the less expensive similar glasses so can’t recommend any of them but can suggest trying the 2 pack of these Bodum glasses.

I have purchased and used for many years the double-walled glasses for all the reasons one buys them. They do not sweat with condensation and keep a beverage cold or hot far longer than any other type of glass. The downside is that one breaks them over the years. These particular glasses are impressive because they are sturdier and will most likely not fail because of the little plug in the bottom. I assume this may help keep them from exploding like a bomb when dropped. Since I have not dropped one yet, although one has take a good hard tumble into the sink, none has broken. I am very happy with the size I purchased, which is practical for every day use. Mine are used daily and all day long. Based on past experience with other double-walled glasses, I can recommend these.

Quite simply, these are perfect "rocks glasses", despite some durability issues. They fit the hand well, drastically slowing the rate of melting of your ice cubes, allowing you much longer to enjoy your bourbon on the rocks. Wear and tear has taken its toll on mine over the years, but I will always order replacements as long as they are still in production.They are quite thin walled, so they can be easy to break, so avoid automatic ice dispensers, overloaded dishwashers and be careful around hard surfaces like stone countertops. They are made of borosilicate glass, so they weather alkaline dishwasher detergents very well, they will not etch. Keep that in mind and they will serve you well.

Al principio me decepcionaron un poco porque al tacto parecían de plástico, pero no, no son de plástico, es un vidrio especial. Excelente calidad, un diseño simple pero elegante, se aprecia el café o el capuchino por su transparencia, completamente aislado por lo que no se siente lo caliente del café al tacto. Puedes tener todos los tamaños eso es muy importante.

Pictures: 8oz glass with 100ml of green tea, 8oz glass with double shot of espresso, inner shape of 8oz glass compared to 12oz version, 8oz glass filled with cappuccinoFirst off, this review is for the 8oz size of this glass.Tea: These are basically the perfect size if you’re a tea enthusiast. See picture of 100ml of green tea.Espresso: I had a couple different uses for them in mind, one was to use them as a slightly large glass for espresso, made by my Flair Neo. I can tell you that for espresso, these are just too large in my opinion, but these glasses are very wide, which tends to spread the espresso over your tongue and I think that maybe enhances the flavor. I got the 12oz version of these as well, and espresso actually looks less out of place in those because the liquid comes further up the glass than in these, because the 12oz version is more narrow. The pictures show exactly what I’m talking about.Summary: These are the perfect size for tea, but not espresso. They are also the ideal size for cappuccino. They have the feel of premium glass, with the weight of plastic. I really love their nice rounded lip. These definitely seem fragile and I wouldn’t hold my breath thinking that they really can go in the dishwasher or the microwave, but if you hand wash them, they will be a great addition to your morning tea or cappuccino routine.
