I purchased this system March 2024 and I have to return it because the speakers are going out. It started with the rear right speaker, then the rear left, and now the SBW, which is the main unit, isn't working. The SBW is making a loud static sound and both rear speakers are glitching in and out. This is not built to last. It's cheap and poorly designed. The company sent replacements for the damaged parts, but the replacement parts are starting to go out again. The rear speakers are blinking in and out. When I reached out to the company, they offered a full refund and I declined because they would take the whole system back... I told them I just want what I paid for to work. Then the company said that they would send me another set of rear speakers but I have to return the damaged rear speakers and pay for the shipping myself.

The system sets up easily and the wireless range of rear speakers is great for the odd dimensioned space I use it in.The sound is good for the price, my only somewhat negative towards it is that the bass can be quite overpowering even with the subwoofer individual volume at -10.Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase and would recommend the system.

Did not give five stars because I had to exchange the first unit for a load humming noise coming from the amp. The second unit sounded great. Let's face it for the money spent there is no reason to have an issue with this unit. It performs exactly as described. For this price point it has blue tooth rear speakers. Really? Just what I was looking for. No wires to run. Just remember this isn't 500.00+ surround sound system. But if you want to improve your tv sound and listening experience at this price point you can't go wrong. I am still amazed that for 148.00 this system is this good.

Purchased a Samsung 65" tv for the master bedroom then purchased a Samsung soundbar. Used it for 3 days then ordered this surround sound. The company packaged their product with care ensuring the speakers wouldn't be damaged. The ease of setting it up was very simple. I am happy the company included everything from all types of media cords to even throwing in mounting brackets (i didn't use because I ordered swiveling mounts). Tested out the system with a action movie. Voice clarity is there, background noises are perfect. I have not tested the BT connection yet (probably wont), build quality looks good to me no chips, cracks, or broken pieces. It is very easy to use. The rear satellite speakers were already paired. All around I am thrilled with this purchase but it has been only one day. Only negative I have so far is they didn't include 2 AAA batteries for the remote but that's OK I have a kid so always have an endless supply lol.

I bought for my Son as a house warming gift. I am a bit of an audophile and was concerned about the small size but it had so many conveniences I thought I would take a chance since it was there new release and had a larger sub than previous model. Well..the sub was good and handled bass well but the dialog running thru the single small center channel wasnt loud enough for his medium to large living room. The tv speakers got louder and sounded more full. The surrounds worked well enough but they dont have near the work to do as a center channel. If it had a phantom mode that let you elimminate the center so the 2 front speakers handled the dialog it would have made the cut but it isnt a feature. A center needs to be as large as both mains put together or this is often the result. This would be nice for a small living room or office for sure. Features are cool. Add a phantom center or make the center larger than the rest of the speakers and it would work for bigger space.
