We had plastic quick connects prior to purchasing these all metal quick connects. These are far superior to anything we had before. They are heavy duty and easy to use. I have used them all summer in my raised bed garden with no problems. I would highly recommend getting these instead of cheaper ones

Wow these work great. I have always used plastic quick connects and they always bend and are difficult to get to connect. These quick connects connect really easy and fast and disconnect really easy and do not leak at all. These were the lowest priced connects I could fine and yet the quality is very good. I really like these and would highly recommend them. The brass should last for a very long time. The 6 pack will last me forever. I plan on putting them on every thing water hose related.
