I have ordered 1 box of 12 heads but got 1 box with 1 mop head only. Called Amazon. I had to send the item back for a refund of the full purchase price, I waited 2 weeks. Tried to order again, thinking that it wouldn’t happen twice. But it did. Good product of you receive the full order.
