The paper itself isn't the worst, but it's not the best either. Our issue was with the actual contents of the box. We ordered a box of 96, but it only contained 94. We contacted the company and were told that our only recourse was to pursue a return and exchange through Amazon. Decided it wasn't worth the hassle. Instead, we were hoping that we would be offered a partial refund or credit - and Amazon doesn't offer any alternative options either. It is doubtful we will order this product again.

It’s sturdy, septic-safe, and perfect for a business bathroom where nobody’s expecting a spa experience.But let’s talk texture—it’s got a rustic charm, by which I mean it’s a bit rough on the cheeks. If comfort is your priority, you’ll want to keep this out of your home and save it for your office restroom, where speed and efficiency trump luxury.Three stars for doing the job without frills—but also without too much softness. It’s not bad, but your cheeks might have some notes.

It's like someone just threw the rolls in a box--no rhyme or reason. The box couldn't even close. After I re-packed the box to put in storage, I noticed I'm missing a roll. Toilet paper is soft, though.
