This comes with a little tray that you fill with the bubble solution. Therefore not idea for toddlers. It half way worked, the button seemed “sticky” as every few pushes it wouldn’t work then it would.

My nephew is autistic and we’ve been working on getting him to be more verbal. He absolutely LOVES bubbles and Bluey, so this was an instant hit. I’ve noticed you have to speak up, no whispering or it won’t pick up your voice and blow bubbles. Really really cool and cute toy. So far it’s been working out well!

Like many other people have said, I should have read the reviews before buying this utterly worthless toy. First there are the bubble. If you were to just look at this without reading the product description (smh, like I did), you would think that a 'microphone' this big was designed to allow you to pour bubble solution into it somewhere, and then you could turn it on and blow bubbles. THAT'S NOT HOW IT WORKS. You have to dip the front of this into the bubble solution and then turn it on to blow bubbles. While I could get it to work, my 5 year daughter only managed to blow a handful of bubbles in the 10 times that she tried this. Even when I used it, it blew bubbles for 2 seconds and then you're stuck trying to dip it over and over, which is messy and antithetical to the idea of being able to move around while you sing.Other major problem: it's not a "toy microphone" in the sense that it is a microphone that you can play with. It is a "toy microphone" in the sense that it is a toy in the shape of a microphone. There is no sound that comes out, no matter how loudly you scream into it (trust me). Although the bubble fan is in fact sound activated, it is not amplifying any sound. I actually apologized to my daughter after giving this to her, because I can't let her keep it. The only thing it's good for is making a mess. Given that I bought this to replace an old toy microphone that's worn out, this is just going in the trash or back to Amazon if I can find the box it came in.Save your money.
