Works as advertised, have had 2, they last about a year. Easy to use, set up. Relatively short life is reason for downgrade.

The unit kept putting itself back into Mandarin or Cantonese and I couldn’t understand it I was looking for a replacement within one week

Having older vehicles, without Bluetooth accessibility, this unit has given us hands-free use to 2 different cellphone in our vehicles. I ordered 2 units which arrived promptly and were as described. The set up was easy to use with their instructions. The unit lets you use know when the battery is low. We're happy with our purchase and the cost was reasonable.

Have to pair a device that's already paired nearly every time I need to connect. Doesn't seem to have the door open sensor & auto connect feature that's advertised unlike my previous device. No low battery warning either so it'll be dead & won't realize it. Super bright & annoying flashing light that's really distracting while driving if it's on & not connected to your device which is pretty much all the time since you have to pair your device basically every time.

When this works, it works fine. I was able to tether it to two phones, however only one stays connected. I still have not been able to figure out how to use voice to make a call. I still have to pick up the phone to dial. User error? Likely, but its not that easy to use

It works great! But if I touch the buttons, like to change the volume, it cuts off the speaker so I can’t hear anything and I end up having to turn it off and back on to reset it.
