Output mode Pairing Steps:
A. Turn on this product, and the Bluetooth status indicator blue light will light up and flash rapidly.
B. Insert the 3.5MM audio cable into the RECEIVE headphone jack (black headphone jack), at this time, the RECEIVE status red light will be always on, and the other end of the audio cable will be plugged into the audio equipment in the home.
C. Turn on the Bluetooth function on the mobile phone or tablet, the mobile phone or tablet will automatically search for the Bluetooth device, select and connect the device "YQ-86 BT" in the Bluetooth list.
D. After the connection is successful, the Bluetooth status indicator blue light flashes slowly.
Charging mode
This product has a built-in rechargeable battery for long standby and use. It is recommended to fully charge it before using it for the first time.
A. Insert one end of the charging cable into the charging port of the product, and connect the other end to the standard USB power output port (such as mobile phone charger and computer USB interface).
B. The charging time is about 2 hours.
C. The red light will be on when charging, and the red light will turn off after charging

Input mode Pairing Steps:

B. Insert the 3.5MM audio cable into the transmm headphone jack, the transmit status red light will be always on, and the other end of the audio cable will be inserted into the audio output interface of MP3, CD player, computer, TV and other equipment (such as: headphone output interface of the device).
C. Short press the multi-function button, the blue light of the Bluetooth connection status flashes rapidly, and the search Bluetooth device status is entered. Please place this product and Bluetooth devices (such as Bluetooth headphones) within 390 inches.
D. After the product pairing and connection is successful, the Bluetooth connection status blue light flashes slowly, if it is not the Bluetooth device you want to connect, you can short press the multi-function button to switch to the next Bluetooth device (such as Bluetooth headset).

It works but you to pair headset everytime you turn on the transmitter which is a hassle but I don't use it everyday. It inexpensive and works what else can I say. I wouldn't buy it again.
