connects immediately tho obviously at times one has to push either the middle button on the device or Bluetooth on/offbut when you do the reconnect is very prompt and the sound is fantasticExcellent device and a way to continue using outdated Bluetooth tech on older car without buying a new stereo

It work great at first. I had the feature if you hold down the Forward/Back button it will seek forward/back (not alot of them do that).BUTthen first one sent to me stopped connecting to my phone by BT. Then the second one worked fine but now the back button stop Clicking and sometime won't work.

I was searching for a way to get my various bluetooth/wireless equipment to work together. This device promised to solve the problem but it seemed too inexpensive to be any good. Happily, I didn't need to doubt it. Everything promised works perfectly.My case study 1: I wanted to use my not-so-smart TV with an auxiliary bluetooth speaker. This adapter quickly paired the tv and the speaker as soon as everything was plugged in and powered on.Study 2: My 10-y-o mp3 player now works with my newest bluetooth speaker. and everything fits in one pocketReason for just 4 stars... there is the slightest bit of lag between the sound and the tv picture. It is not enough to really bother me. Just mentioning in case you think it wouldn't work for you. Not an issue when mixing sound only.

I had one of another brand fail. This one connected to my stereo and paired in minutes. Works great, so far. I'll update the review if it fails.

My old truck does not have blue tooth capabilities with the stereo system. I wanted to have hands free usage of my phone. With this unit I can listen to my podcasts, music selections, make and answer calls seamlessly. It plugs into the AUX port on my system and just works. It lasts quite a while, I have not really timed it. However, I can plug it into a USB charging port in the truck and it works quite well. On occasion it does pick up a noise from the alternator, but I see that as an issue with an older vehicle and not the unit. Very glad I bought it, and it certainly lives up to my expectations. No issues at all.

I had reservations about this working, let alone working as well as it does.I just acquired a 2010 Dodgers Journey that surprisingly didn't come equipped with Bluetooth. I started my search for a way to connect immediately. My search was ended almost as fast as it started. After reading the reviews for this Bluetooth connector via the Aux system, I was in! I am glad too, everything I read about the performance of this device was accurate. It connects super fast and easy to your phone and boy does it enhance the audio! Thats impressed me so much! I will be cruising and jamming the tunes I want to listen to with fantastic quality!

Update: Going with 5-stars after several months of enjoyment, and despite the lower ring press & hold timing challenges. Great design! :-)Used for mobile phone audio while driving, with its lengthy audio cord connected to my car stereo / dashboard.Excellent no-look quality feel and tactile controls which do not distract from watching the road.It can be frustrating to go back a track -- one has to time the lower ring hold to get to the start of the song you wish to reverse past, then release and hold the lower ring again to go back to the song you prefer.Would be better if the designers had -- if possible -- put in right & left ring buttons, instead of doubling-up the functions of the raise and lower volume up & down buttons.Excellent battery life. Battery drops fairly quickly when around 20/100 charge though, so it's worth having a charging setup in your car if possible.Very nice quality for the price. Again, great sturdy feel and controls.I enjoy this item a lot!
