There is constant noise. Most probably due to poor quality of the Aux connecter.

Great add on for an older vehicle that doesn’t come with integrated Bluetooth connectivity. Also great to integrate Bluetooth functionality to any audio device or speaker that has a 3.5 mm input. It connects instantly, and connection is very stable. I use this on a 2005 Jeep as a sound input for the media played on the smartphone and also as a hands free phone call device.

The music is clear and sounds great, but people have a hard time hearing you doing phone conversations.

Plug and play, it's that easy. My vehicle didn't have BT from the factory and I didn't want to use a BT connector that runs via the radio. This unit plugs into the USB and the Aux ports, sound for calls and music is clear and without background noise often associated with radio feed units. It even come with a little sticky pad for mounting on the dash.

My nephew has an older car that does not have Bluetooth but does have RCA AUX inputs. I bought this and a noise filter as well as 3.5mm to RCA adapter. It turns out the adapter was not needed as one came with the Bluetooth adapter, despite me not seeing it anywhere in the description details of it. A nice surprise, just wish I had known before ordering my own adapter. The noise filter did come in handy though as there was a hum with an occasional popping noise. I plugged in the noise filter and it sounded great after that. The call audio is nice and clear. When I talked to my nephew, you can definitely tell he is in his car but I could hear him clearly with no background noise. I could also hear his passenger very clearly too.Of course my nephew was most impressed with the sound quality. He was using a Bluetooth to FM device before ad could never get it to sound quite right. He is happy he can play his music loud and clear again.I would recommend for someone in a similar situation, just be sure to get a decent 3.5mm noise filter as well.

After years of searching and trying over 20 different products to add Bluetooth capability to my 2008 Honda Civic, I finally found exactly what I was looking for. The sound quality is crystal clear—people can hear me perfectly during calls, with no static, noise, or anything else that interferes with clarity. I've tested it in various locations, and it works flawlessly every time. Highly recommend!

With the elimination of headphone ports on cell phones, this adapter is essential for people driving older cars not equipped with bluetooth audio. The setup is seamless and can be used for both streaming music and hands-free phone calls. The size is convenient as it doesn't take much space on the dashboard or center console. The quality of the audio output is fantastic and the noise cancellation works very well. I highly recommend!

This device works perfectly if you want to stream via Bluetooth to your old-tech speaker that only has a 3.5mm headphone input. I use it with an ancient Bose Wave CD/radio system, and have had zero issues. The Bluetooth connects easily without any hassle, and the battery charge lasts a surprisingly long time. The audio quality is more than adequate and about as good as you can expect for the price. USB-C charging is a plus, and it even has volume and skip-track controls integrated. I don't hesitate to recommend this product.

Got this to give new life to old speakers via bluetooth, and its serving well! Feels and looks like a quality-made device. The included all-metal audio male-to-female adapter is a really nice touch. Also comes with an audio cable and small USB-C cable in the box. Announces "power on", "connected" through connected speakers etc with a human voice (versus beeps on older models). Also tried just carrying it around in my pocket with wired headphones attached to play music off my laptop. Decent sound, mediocre antenna range (started blipping as soon as I switched rooms in our basement, but had a larger range on our main floor), excellent battery life (never did run out while I was using it!)

I have a set of older Bose Noise cancelling over the ear headset. Needed a way to use my blue tooth on phone since it does not have a headset jack. Plugged this in was easy to setup and works well. Sound quality is good and last a good long time. Easy to recharge. Would Recommend

I've had this for two weeks now and I'm very happy with it. I drive a 2010 vehicle and it doesn't have Bluetooth, so I've been using an auxiliary cord for years to connect my phone to the car audio, and it's fairly annoying to plug and unplug every time. This adapter has made it soooo much easier; now I just hold down the power button when I turn on the car and wherever my phone is, in my purse, gym bag, whatever, it connects easily. It's also very discreet visually compared to long cords running every which way. I haven't tried the call functions, but so far I'm very pleased. Thinking of buying one for my dad who also uses an auxiliary cord on his truck. Update: I've now tried it for incoming and outgoing calls and it worked perfectly!
