I've only used this yltwice so far, but it works great. I wanted this to keep our Christmas taco bar hot and ready when family members went back for seconds. It performed exactly as intended and kept our food at the perfect temperature. I actually used it to warm my prepared foods when I ran out of stove and oven foods, and it brought our food up to temperature. It wasn't fas for that, but I gave it plenty of time and it warmed at the rate of a crock pot on low.

This thing is so great. Used it for a dinner party and for a NYE party. To be clear, this is a warmer, not a cooker. It keeps the already cooked food nice and warm.Pros-Storage is small and easy. I bought this for Christmas hosting. It worked super well. We used the aluminum tins on top and it kept contents warm. It was easy to wipe off, and super easy to store. Still watch children as it does get warm, so I’d keep out of reach

I finally got to use my electric warming tray as I hosted a Christmas Party this weekend. I just rolled it out, put in on my counter (I actually just for heat safety put my stove top silicone cover down first and then put the heat tray on top of that just in case... however it did not get hot underneath so that turned out to be an unnecessary step - better safe than sorry) plugged it in and hit the power button. It started to heat up quite quickly so you don't need to prep for a long warm up time. It was just the right size. I had 2 medium size foil type pans on it with not issues. I had it set on 80 which kept the items nice and warm without no issue. I could have turned it all the way up, but just didn't feel like I needed it that high. It I was wanting to keep cheese melted I may have turned it up all the way. I just used a damp sponge to wipe it down once it was cool and rolled it back up to store until next time. This isn't an appliance I will need to use that often, but super nice to have when needed and it doesn't created a storage issue which is very nice unlike other appliances like crockpots, etc. that you need your storage space for... just roll it up and tuck it away.
