We bought these for our medical office and every single folder has fallen apart almost instantly! The prongs fall off the chart as soon as you open it for the very first time. At first we thought maybe it was just a few that had the issue but every single folder has had the prongs fall off! Yes, they are cheaper and yes, you get what you pay for but I read the reviews before purchasing and they all seemed good.... until we had the issue and I came back to the reviews and noticed they were all from a couple years ago so please DO NOT GO BY ANY OF THE OLDER REVIEWS as it's not the same product it used to be!!

I run a tax firm and these are what I keep my client files in. They work great and hold up to years of use.

The fasteners are strong, but the Card stock is definitely not 14 point it is probably 11 point I would not say this is heavy duty. It will not stand up to daily use for more than a week or 2.

Although these Heavyweight Manilla Fastener File folders were not exactly what we were looking for, I gave them a 5 star review because when I reached out to them directly, they responded right away with a resolution. When purchasing other items in the future for our practice Bethesda Natural Health, I will look for the Blue Summit name.

I love these files. Being a doctor's office, I think appearance and neatness is important. These files are good quality and don't rip or fall apart. I am reordering once again. The customer service at Blue Summit is also amazing. "Larry" actually did what he said he would do. These were out of stock and he emailed me to let me know they were now in stock!! GO BLUE SUMMIT!! I use these folders for all of my files. It makes filing so much easier because you can secure your paperwork in the folder and the files will not fall out.
