Functionally these are nearly identical to the Smead folders I ran out of. So I decided to give these a try. The paper material isn't as sturdy as the Smead folders. These will work OK for casual use but I don't count on them holding up to lots of wear like the Smead folders. Good price, decent value. Just not exceptional.

Elastic is snug, shorter than the name brand and the height is also about a full 1" shorter. Technically fits a legal size paper but if you're looking for a direct replacement for Sm**d folders, these aren't it.
