AESUB blue is a self-vanishing scanning spray developed by scanning experts. The spray evaporates within a few hours, meaning that there is no need for cleaning after scanning. Unlike traditional sprays, AESUB blue does not contain pigments and thus avoids pigment-contamination of sensitive areas, such as laboratories and production sites, equipment and users. You can therefore apply AESUB blue directly, on spot of scanning, without any costly transport to avoid said pigment-contamination in sensitive areas. Overall, AESUB blue greatly increases efficiency and productivity within the digitizing processes.

Also besser sparsam einsetzen.

This worked great. The only thing is that it dried a lot faster than expected..(literally within minutes..It literally disappears .. absolutely awesome..

It should be a miracle for $40/can. It is not. On most parts it evaporates away harmlessly, on some (apparently) it is incredibly destructive. I have a carbon fiber component with a completely ruined finish now. This picture is after 24 hours, and after vigorous scrubbing with hot water and soap. The material is epoxy resin. This would be okay if they were up front about the material in the mystery can, so that users could evaluate compatibility, but they'd rather hold onto their secret (but probably not too special) formula and margins than help users.

We do a lot of batch reverse engineering work and need something that’s not messy and no cleanup needed. Spray leaves a nice white flat smooth temporary coating Particle size is almost undetectable for most scanning needs and much smaller than other cheaper or DIY options. Working time is also manageable and doesn’t fade too quickly. Though, if you need to take a bathroom/smoke break you will need to respray, so only spray when you’re ready to scan.

I'm not sure why this has so many high rating - and I know Im not the only one who has this issue - you can listen to the other reviews and roll the dice on whatever you decide to scan, or listen to my experience (and others - as I should have) and save whatever you plan to scan from becoming 25-50% white afte spraying it.The first model I sprayed was a 30 years old model - Scanned it and, of course, it helped to scan the model with the few black parts it had - but were needed for the model. I put the model up to wait for it to clean itself up and days later, it was at least 40% covered still. Its not been 3 weeks and its still 40% white. Im will try to clean it up, but Im afraid I may damage it trying, so Im looking a my option.I thought it may be a fluke and tried a different model yesterday - well, today, its still about 30% white and I know its not going to get any better from the first model attempt. So not only am I out $40 for this spray, I have two models that cannot be replaced, potentially, damaged for good. Some of the spray is in spots I cant get to easily - so I may never get those cleaned up.Fankly, I would have been better off just trying to edit the models where they couldnt scan and add my own section to save my originals.

Buy magnaflux developer spray instead. More cleanup, but generates a much better scanning surface and is like 10.00 less a can.

Wathever your 3d scan manufacturer tells you.Scanners are not that Great at picking up surfaces.Great scanns with this and it vanishes by itself after a while no cleaning.
