Assembly was so tedious with no instructions trying to assemble these. Also about 10 broke before the party started and many right as the kids were putting them on.

Making the hats into cones takes some time to get the hang of it, you can make some quickly but it does take some practice.

These are not assembled and are difficult to assemble. The colors are really pretty, but when you roll them up by hand the hats get dented and it doesn’t look nice.

They're good hats, but they were fairly difficult to assemble. Still, the hats worked out after 30 minutes of assembly and they looked good, just a little crumpled from manhandling during the assembly process.

Cute little birthday hats but we’re a little bit difficult to assemble and keep assembled without tearing them. Luckily it came with a lot so we had backup.

Bought these for my class to decorate for Christmas. Really disappointing!!! You have to do all the hard work and make them up yourself, and it is a really fiddly job. The product pictures, where the hats are all made up, is very misleading. I'm not sure I have time to assemble them...so a waste of money.
