Didn’t work with my shower and didn’t like the quality too so I tried to return it. The only option is that you have to pay for the return and sent the receipt to Amazon but since it’s too big Canada. Contacted Amazon cud service and the lady was rude and wouldn’t help me on what to do next because I can’t return it.Please save your money and headache.

The unit has nice spray functions for each of the 3 different modes. The back of the unit for install is quite tightly packed so you may need some minor adjustments to make it fit. After some cutting off of the two orange hand screw pieces it fit much better. I would not recommend just doing a hand tight of the hoses, so not sure why it is a feature. The spray wand has a very nice design with a very good spray to wash the shower down. Overall a very nice unit at a reasonable price. I have excellent water pressure from condo living, so the jets can really pump out a good solid spray. The bamboo finish has a nice sleek look accented by the large chrome dials.I have had a few of these towers over the years and to date this one ranks at the top.

Mission: Renovate and extend the main bath. Create a larger shower in bathroom and need a show stopper shower head. Mission accomplished.Search: Found this on Amazon one night and hoped it would be that show stopper for the new extended shower in my home. Price was a bit more than the shower head i had bought less than $100 difference. In for a penny in for a pound.Shipping: Shipped in a box that is about 6 ft long, well packaged arrived with no problem as promised. Sat in the box for a few weeks then was installed. Box was moved around during construction, however due to packaging material piece was not damaged. Contractor called and asked me "Where did you get this shower head?" AMAZON!!!! He was impressed.Installation: By contractor, looked easy, picked height for top, then installed. FYI this is for new construction or reconstruction not existing unless you have one already. One hole in wall at bottom of shower. Back is open, has tubing along back. Bolted to the wall through the tile used 8mm thick tile in bathroom.Use: Love it!!! Good water pressure is needed to really enjoy it. My pressure allows for all shower heads at once (drenching). One shower head is like a deep tissue massage (for me). Rainfall is amazing body massage addictive, hand tool allows for dog washing without me getting completely wet in the process. Added a teak shower bench in shower since it is soooo relaxing. Oh there is one valve to set the temperature. The other valves turn on the different shower heads.Recommendation: Would absolutely recommend this piece to anyone completely renovating a bath, again not a replacement piece unless you have one installed already.Shower stall: If you install this in a small shower make sure the door is sealed. Not sure if I would install this over a tub. Reason: since the water shoots out so far you may flood your bathroom, bigger shower is definitely a better option for this, unless you want complete coverage in a smaller shower stall with a door (Got For IT!!!).Con: Family keeps coming over to take showers!!!

After 1 year the the finish is already damage at multiple spots. My guess is it won't last more than 1 or 2 years maximum. Beautiful shower but poor durability.

Amazing product, but I can only give it four stars because it has one major defect. The PROS: unbelievably awesome water pressure. All the jets can even be used at the same time and still maintain decent pressure. The rain shower is spectacular and strong. The hand wand is also nice and strong. I absolutely LOVE how this shower functions and feels. I couldn't be happier with that. Excellent quality. I did a lot of research before buying and this is amazing quality for the price. The CONS: the panel is open on the back top, about the back 1/3 top. I knew this when I ordered it, but I trusted the reviews that said you can never tell or never see it. They are wrong. It is visible. I'll attach some photos. You can see the hose protruding from the back from almost any angle in the bathroom. If you look at it from the side, it's pretty darn bad. Sorry about the pictures I took them at night and there was a lot of reflecting. Luckily no one is looking as closely as me.Overall it's an amazing product. It's function is excellent. Can't highly recommend it enough for that. It does get lots of water spots too during use. I hear baby oil works wonders for that, but I haven't tried it yet. We've used ours for 2 weeks now and love it.

After doing a minor adjustment, the shower works as it looks, simply great.Good pressure in all the positions. If you purchase this product and the thermostatic seems not to work, make sure the cold and the hot water and properly installed on the back of the shower. Otherwise you won't be able to adjust the temperature. 1 week with the product and looks and run great.

I purchased a similar shower panel from another distributor on Amazon about 4 years ago, and loved it. Unfortunately, it has a master 4-way valve that controls the flow of water to the various jets, and apparently the valve became corroded and nearly impossible to turn. I quickly learned that there were no parts available to make any kind of repair, so my only choice was to replace the panel. After looking at a number of similar panels, I obviously chose this one. This unit has 5 independently-controllable outputs, each of which is controlled by a simple ball valve. A single master control valve is used to set the temperature of the water by mixing the hot and cold inputs, and this contains a thermostatic or scald-preventing feature for safety. Due to the design, once you set the temperature you don't have to change it. Because of this design it's also possible to use multiple outputs simultaneously, creating a custom shower experience like no other I've experienced. There are four body sprays on the face of the panel, the two upper sprays operated by one valve and the two lower operated by another. The hand held spray is operated by another valve. A rainfall spray is located at the top of the unit, operated by it's own control, AND the unit has a "waterfall" immediately behind this spray that's operated by the fifth control. I happen to have excellent water pressure, so I can use all four body sprays plus the rainfall spray simultaneously to provide an invigorating spray from head to toe at the same time. With minor adjustments I can focus the strength of the spray just to the area where I need it the most, which is typically my shoulders and lower back. However, I have to say that the waterfall is probably my favorite feature... who knew that a sustained flow of water like that could be so relaxing to the head and neck, particularly to those of us who suffer headaches? I'm really fortunate to have a tankless water heater, as it's not uncommon for me to stay in the shower for 30 minutes or more... it's very therapeutic.Regarding the construction: the body of the shower panel is brushed stainless steel, an it feels very sturdy in its construction. Each of the handles, and the hand held shower, are bright chrome and are of a solid build. The water inputs for this panel, like the one it replaced, is provided by two braided-steel wrapped hoses. The connections among the various valves use a heavy duty, reinforced white vinyl hose. There is no back to the unit... it's open from bottom to top. The shower panel hangs on the wall using two hangers that bolt to the wall that two straps on the back of the unit slip in to. While it seems simple in approach, the panel seems very sturdy when mounted, yet it can easily be lifted off of the wall for cleaning or maintenance as needed. Will this unit last forever? No... but it's a very cost effective solution to provide a wonderful shower experience. Had my other unit not failed, I wouldn't have found this one, which is SO much better. I do expect that this unit will last significantly longer due to the absence of the multi-directional valve. I've read several reviews that point to this valve as the weakest point in the design of similar panels, which is one of the reasons I chose this particular unit. Built in shower systems that can provide the same type of experience can cost thousands of dollars.I highly recommend the unit to someone looking for this kind of shower panel. Please be aware that it will not fit into a standard shower unit without making some plumbing adjustments to accommodate the water inlet hoses. My original panel was purchased to install in a brand-new bathroom renovation and the water supplies were installed specifically for this type of unit. Because of that, it literally took me 15 minutes to install this unit. The bottom line is that it creates a wonderful shower experience that can be customized to the particular likes of the shower user. To me it's worth every penny that I paid for it, and more!
