This was supposed to be a pack of 24. I ordered 4 packs of 24 and only received 4 packs total. I would never have paid $18 for 4 tiny packs of toppers.

I ordered 2-24 packs of this item and only got 2 packs, not 48 packs. The price shown for the item when using a code was $2.35 per 24 pack plus $6.99 shipping. Theres no way I would have paid almost $12 for 2 tiny packs of food! This was false advertising. I’m sure there’s nothing wrong with the food itself, but am not happy with the false listing.

These little packets are excellent if you want to give your pupper an extra-nice treat. We tried using it both as a topper and mix-in, and I think using it as a mix-in was better, as the puppers were far more interested in this than the dry food - must be pretty tasty! At full price, this runs about a few bucks per packet, which seems like a decent price, given how much the dogs love them. Overall, this is a great choice for anyone who wants to make their dog's meal extra-tempting. :-)

This was a scam I was to receive 8 cases of 24 pouches totaling 194 pouches…. I received 8 pouches total!!! Not happy at all!

I don't have one of those little picky eater dogs but instead have a 90 pound Black Lab that consumes a large can of food in one bite and one second. Voracious come to mind as a description.Frankly, I'm not sure what I expected but the reality is that I can detect no difference in Max's appetite or "dining habits" (heh!) with of without the topper. The topper isn't worth it to me but my sister, who cooks gourmet meals for her 2 Jack Russell terriers would probably have a highr opinion.

Our dogs love this! We've been putting it on top of their dinner as a treat a couple of times a week, and they're all over it. No ill after-effects (of the gastrointestinal variety) so as humans who have to co-habitate with them we're happy as well.

I have been using blue buffalo dog food for many years at this point and my current dog who has a sensitive stomach eats their dry dog food amost exclusively, and this has minimized her sensitive stomach issues. I ordered this product, Tender Shreds Beef & Chicken Toppers, to see if I could add a little extra something, to make her dry food a bit more appealing to her. Normally she just picks at her morning food, but then eats more vigorously in the evening. I was able to easily add the packet to her morning dry food, and it must smell and taste good to her because she wolfed down both the wet contents of the packet and all the underneath dry food. It did not seem to bother her stomach though I would say her excrement was a bit softer, but not in a problematic way. I can't speak to extended use because I only received the one packet.

I have a picky pup who is not food motivated, so finding a food topper has been my best way to get him to want to eat (and avoid the other dog or cats from stealing his food). As soon as I opened the pouch (easy open), he smelled it and was very interested. I was pleased it didn't have any off putting smell (didn't smell like dog food) and it looked just like chopped chicken in broth - just as the package stated - white chicken, light broth. While my boy is bigger (70 lbs), it didn't take but one package for him to be motivated and eat his food with the topping. A little was all it took. If you are having challenges with getting your dog to eat, I'd give this a try.
