I just started using this after a delay (had to get from office due to quarantine) and it does not count correctly, but I can't return it, missed the window by 4 days. It looks like it is counting, but the cell total is wrong because during the course of a count, the keys hang up. You press them, but the counting wheel won't move for a few clicks and then starts again. The packaging for this looked old, like it was "new," but maybe had been in storage for a long time, even years. These are expensive, there aren't many manufacturers, so this just resets the search for me and I am out the money. Very disappointing.
