These planters are sturdy and deep, which allows space for roots to develop. They fit the deck rails perfectly and are very stable. I initially ordered two, but subsequently ordered four more, because I liked them so much. There areas on the bottom of the planter where you can drill or punch out drainage holes.

These things are great! They’re pretty sturdy on my balcony alone, but I screwed then down since my driveway is below and didn’t want one ending up on my car. Lol. They have screw ports inside so it was relatively simple! Great product!

These planter boxes are the only ones I could find that fit my 5 1/2 inch wide patio rails. I really wanted to plant flowers on our patio and had no luck until I found these. They are sturdy and work great for several widths.
