I ordered this belt for one of my seniors who has a hernia. She wares 3XL pants. This belt wrapped around with at least 12 inches, over lap. She likes that it is comfortable, secure and not heavy or stiff compression.She also likes that it stays in place and doesn't roll.

The biggest problem I have with this is it rolls down in the back and it becomes uncomfortable to wear I wish it was more comfortable

There's nothing wrong with binder. Arrived new in box - no damage or signs of use.I did 4 stars because the strong tight fit was too much compression for my inquinal Hernia.

This works wonderful and is comfortable to wear for long periods. Easy to use right out of the box without any need for instructions. Fabric is breathable, although I prefer to wear it over a t-shirt. Great customer service too!

High quality belt. Sizing is perfect! This belt provided immediate relief to my pre-op hernia! Easy to put on and stays in place. Comfortable yet sturdy support. Can be worn under clothes too!Wish I would have ordered this sooner!
