The tree stand bolts and nuts are not the same thread size so the bolts wobble and eventually fail. Only lasted one year this year one of the bolts doesn’t hold at all and slips in and out of place making this whole stand garbage

Liked how it was assembled. Except the instructions were small pictures and did not shoe the nuts going on the supporting clamp bolts with the flange(large) side towards the tree. Makes perfect sense.

The big bolt screws look like screws however they go into the sides like nails. Whoever drilled the holes drilled them too large. THEIR QUALITY CONTROL SUCKS.

What a cheap product! Worst part is I didn’t exactly have time to order a new one so we had to use it! Now the trees not stable and we check it constantly!

this product looks good, but unfortunately has some serious design flaws. The screws have not been fitted properly in the bottom to attach the legs, making it impossible to install them evenly. There is also a hole in the vessel itself, making it unable to hold water and completely unusable.
