this hamper is perfect, I like that I can just remove the mesh bag to bring to the washer. It's actually sturdy as well. I'm happy with this purchase

This IS self-standing. I initially thought it wasn't until I found the tent-poles it includes to keep it upright. It's large, light-weight and attractive.

People say the tent poles are flimsy and fold easily but it's sturdy and you won't even notice when it's full.The handles feel sturdy when picking it up. The only part that kinda stinks is the little hooks for the bag but oh well.

This is a nice laundry hamper! The assembly was pretty easy, it only required four poles to be put together (like tent poles) and inserted into each corner of the hamper. It is fairly sturdy and the materials are good. The one issue is that the bag which holds laundry hooks on to very flimsy fabric ties inside the hamper, and thus the bag falls down very easily. I may end up removing the bag altogether, as it is not completely necessary.

This hamper is such a brilliant idea. Gorgeous in the outside, smart on the inside. Our daughter needed a new clothes hamper for her room. She used to bring her dirty clothes to the laundry room in a big towel. Hmmm... there's a great idea here but I didn't want just a sack laying around her room. When I saw this-Eurika!! Both goals accomplished. #1) clothes are out of the way and #2) the inner sack liner comes out so she can bring her clothes to the laundry room, wash that with her dirty clothes and then put the clean clothes back in the sack to bring to her room. Mama doesn't have to stress about her laundry anymore. It's sturdy and has a cover. We got it through a lightening deal but I think it's worth it at full price. We got the grey. They have several colors and sizes to match your needs. I think the easier it is to do the laundry, the more likely it is to be done.

This hamper fit perfectly in my room. There is a removable mesh bag that is held by tabs just under the lid that you can unaffix with oner hand (if you need to). So, you're carrying a bag of clothes and not the hamper, though you could, as they're both extremely light.Hamper and inner bag collapse if you had to move them long distances.Happy with purchase and would recommend to anyone that needed a hamper that's not going to break the bank and work as intended.
