Cheaply made. Not sturdy to the steering wheel,which cause it to constantly slip out of place. That could be a safety concern.

I did not expect this wheel cover to last without at least for enough or some of the little crystals, but I’ve had it for at least six weeks and it is still completely intact! Love it!
