Airlines That Allow BLEU WHISK Inflatable Airplane Beds

Please be aware that the inflatable airplane bed can only be used during the flight and needs to be stored away during taxi, takeoff, and landing, in accordance with FAA rules and airline guidelines.

The following airlines generally allow the use of inflatable airplane beds onboard:

Aeroflot, AirAsia (all branches), Air Calin, Air Canada, Air China, Air Mauritius, Air Transat, Air Vanuatu, American Airlines, ANA, Angola Airlines, Cathay Dragon, Cathay Pacific, China Airlines, Delta, EasyJet, Ethiopian Airlines, Etihad Airways, Eva Air, Frontier Airlines, Garuda Indonesia, Iberia, Icelandair, JAL Japan Airlines, Jet Star Pacific (Vietnam), KLM, LATAM, LOT Polish, Luxair, Malaysia Airlines, Norwegian Airlines, Scoot, Silk Air, Singapore Airlines, TAP Portugal, Utair Airlines, Vietnam Airlines, Virgin Australia, and WestJet.

On the following airlines, it depends on the crew’s decision:

Aegean Airlines, Aer Lingus, Aerolineas Argentinas, Aeromexico, Air Europa, Air India, Air India Express, Air Serbia, Air Tahiti Nui, Alaska Airlines, Alitalia, Allegiant, AtlasGlobal, Austrian, Avianca, Azerbaijan Airlines, Azul, Bangkok Airways, Bmi Regional, Brussels Airlines, Cebu Pacific Air, China Eastern, China Southern, Condor, Copa Airlines, Croatia Airlines, Czech Airlines, Dragonair, Edelweiss Air, Egyptair, EL AL, Eurowings, Fiji Airways, Finnair, FlyBE, Flydubai, Frontier, Germanwings, Gol, Gulf Air, Hainan Airlines, IndiGo Airlines, InterJet, Jet Airways, JetBlue, Jet Time, Kenya Airways, La Compagnie, Lion Airlines, Middle East Airlines, Nok Air, Nordwind Airlines, OpenSkies, Pakistan International Airlines, Peach, Pegasus Airlines, Porter, Regional Express, Royal Air Maroc, Royal Brunei, Royal Jordanian, Ryanair, S7 Airlines, Saudia, Skylanes, SpiceJet, Spirit, Spring Airlines, Spring Japan, SriLankan Airlines, Sun Country, Swiss International Airlines, TACA, Tigerair, Tigerair Australia, Transavia Airlines, UTair Aviation, Vanilla Air, Virgin America, Vistara, Viva Aerobus, Volaris, Vueling Airlines, Wizzair, WOW Air, Xiamen Airlines, and Zipair.

It is less likely that the bed will be allowed on these airlines, though some travelers have managed:

Air France and flights operated by Air France partners, Asiana, British Airways, Emirates, JetStar Australia, Korean Airlines, Lufthansa, Philippine Airlines (PAL), Qantas, Qatar Airways, TUI, Turkish Airlines, and United Airlines.

We suggest contacting your airline before flying to notify them that you intend to use the inflatable bed during the cruise portion of the flight (not during takeoff or landing). They can note this on your reservation so the cabin crew is informed when you board. This is also a great opportunity to confirm your child’s seating and request any special meals.

Our family went on a 20 hour flight overseas with young kids and I was skeptical at first but our kids slept like champs using this. I was very impressed. Fairly easy to blow up and position. Comes with slits along the side for the seatbelt. The flight attendants were totally cool with it. I would recommend for parents traveling with young kids.

We bought this for a 12hr flight with our toddler. I really don’t know what we would have done without it! My kid was able to lie down and sleep very comfortably during the flight.

It worked for one toddler. But it was too small for a toddler and a baby.

This toddler airplane bed is a game-changer. It’s soft, safe, and perfectly designed for little ones to rest comfortably on long flights. The bumpers are a great safety feature, and the compact pump makes inflating it a breeze. It fits well in the airplane seat and keeps the seat belt secure. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

Used this for our 12 hour flight to and from Japan. We didn't bring the pump because it was HUGE and took up way to much space in our carry on. So for those who don't have much space just bring the bed only and just inflate it up with your mouth. It takes longer but will save you so much space. My baby slept so well in this for being 8 months and never flying on a plane. It folds up really slim so we were able to just put it in the laptop holder of our backpack.

I will admit I received this item, but am using it for an older, but smaller sized child. We will flying soon, and I thought this might help my 9 year old, giving her some space in front of her to at least cross her legs, and relax a bit. It seems like it will work for this purpose.Overall, it seems very durable, and thick. I'm not too worried about it getting punctured. It is a bit on the heavy side. Not to an extreme, but it's heavier than I anticipated. It should fit in a carry on bag easily however. It looks like it will be comfortable. I think it would do exactly what it describes for a toddler. It's cute, and I would recommend.

Unfortunately, this inflatable toddler travel bed fell short of my expectations. From the very start, I had trouble getting it fully inflated by mouth (I didn't pack the pump as it was way too bulky). No matter how much I tried, it never seemed to achieve full firmness, and that was a big issue. As a result, the bed would gradually deflate during the flight, leaving my child uncomfortable and waking up more than once to fix it.The idea of an inflatable travel bed was appealing for convenience, but the constant deflation completely defeated the purpose. My toddler ended up sinking into the bed, which not only affected sleep but also made the whole experience stressful for both of us. I wanted it to work, but this just wasn't reliable or sturdy enough to provide a decent night's rest for my little one during the flight. If you're looking for an inflatable bed for a toddler, I would recommend considering other options that are more reliable and maintain their inflation better. Unfortunately, this one didn't meet the mark for comfort or convenience.

We used this for our long haul flights from North America to Japan and back. Flew Air Canada going and Delta returning. We had no problems inflating the bed for our 35lb 2 yo and no issues with airline staff about using it. He was really comfy!I would say when using to keep safety and convenience in mind. So, for example put this in the window seat so it's easy for all adults to get in and out of their seats.

Planning to use it on our next trip but there is no travel bag inside the box just a transparent zip lock packaging. I have tried it at home ,the bed inflates nicely and it does not take long with a handy pump. Would have been nice to receive the full items listed on product page. Still a 5 star rating as the product itself is good and i do not want to hurt sellers rating.

The inflatable bed was made of nice material, but inconvenient to bring on board and blow up in front of everyone. after blowing up and setting it up so my toddler could lay down on a 14 hr flight, i was told by a flight attendant inflatables are prohibited on the aircraft. unfortunately it was useless for us, we were flying international Qatar airlines

I purchased this for our almost 2 year old son when we couldn’t upgrade to a first class seat our son is quite tall for stage and heavy, and I was worried that I would be very uncomfortable in an economy seat with him as a lap infant. I decided to take the chance on this air bed and boy was I happy I did! It is super simple to inflate. I suggest using an electric pump that you could buy at Walmart, but there’s also handheld ones that are a little smaller than the one that it comes with that also work. The flight attendants might give you some crap about it because you’re not supposed to use it during takeoff or landing and apparently when the seatbelt sign is on, however they allowed us to keep our son as he was sleeping on a six hour flight regardless of the seatbelt sign being on. I am not sure if this is approved by the FAA but it is worth it and it should be approved. It’s an awesome accessory for a small child because they deserve to feel comfortable on a trip. We ended up paying for an extra seat for our child which is fine and it was worth it in the long run. I highly recommend this product. It comes with a very easy knapsack and a pump. All you do is inflate it lay it out and it fits most spaces from the leg room to the chair. The current seat that we were in was extended legroom so I put a picture up so you can see the amount of space. Our son is 34 inches perhaps even a little taller so keep that in mind if your child is over 3 feet tall, it probably won’t be as comfortable.

We ordered this item way in advance for our international 14-hour flight for our 16-month old, but the item was delayed and ultimately never delivered. We debated whether or not if we should try to reorder it, and we did. I am so glad that we did! At half the cost of a FlyAway kids bed, it was still sturdy enough for my daughter to nap when she needed to nap AND sleep a full 8 hours there and back! The pump is a little big, but the entire bed and pump fits into a bag that’s small enough to be stored into your carry on. It also takes less than 4 minutes to inflate the bed, which may be why the pump is big. Also, the instructions tell you to pump only to 80% which is what we did and found no problems. We purchased roomier seats in Main Cabin Extra and it fit from the edge of the seat to the back of the seat in front of us. If your child is a roller and tumbler when they sleep, I’d recommend getting the window seat for this item.Out of all the travel “essentials” for our first international trip with our toddler, this was by far the best purchase that I would highly recommend over and over again.
