the climate control was not working in my 2015 Chrysler 300. My old blend door activator was not clicking like many of the on-line posts indicate is a major sign that you need a new one. But my wife was complaining that the AC and Heat were not working correctly. This was an easy fix and the system works great again. I just had to remove the glove box to gain access, and then remove two screws and an electrical connector. It took less than an hour, including the clean up. Amazon for the win. Thank you.

The replacement part was great! Quite a bit of work to remove all the dash panels to get to the old part. Watch a you tube video to get a better idea of what is involved. This replacement is due to the "flap" that controls the heat and cold of your air conditioner-heater. Mine made a loud noise when you adjusted the heater to cold. There was a small plastic sprocket that broke.

The new item stopped the excessive clicking and for that part... it was well worth it. But it did not correct the no heat issue as intended. To be fair it could be a different problem.
