Huge disappointment as the predrilled wholes did not match up. There was no way to put together unless rungs were diagonal. I think this is something that should have been checked and noted before shipping out.

I must say, setting up this item was a breeze. In just 30 minutes, I had it all put together. And let me tell you, it looks absolutely fantastic in our living space. Not only does it have a great aesthetic, but it also holds up incredibly well. The added pieces at the bottom of the ladder prevent any sliding, which is a huge plus. I genuinely believe that anyone looking to spruce up their living space should consider this product. It's a top-notch recommendation from me.

I was delighted when the ladder came. It is very pretty, good quality and very easy to put together. Took less than 15 minutes. I'm a quilter so I can now display my quilts in a lovely fashion. Great product. Don't be afraid to buy this.

I purchased this for my beautiful wool blankets so I needed something wide and secure and this is perfect. Super simple to put together but screwing in 24 screws killed my back but that’s just me. It’s perfect for my uses.

The ladder has a great appearance and great color. However, because of how it’s assembled and shipped the hinges and screws that hold them in our small and can easily tear out of the wood anytime you move it around and set it down or it shifts the balance on it, the screws can pull out.

I bought this ladder in black. It's painted black properly and none of this slap-happy paint jobs I've seen on another item I ordered back when from another buyer. They called it "farm house look" or something like that. I have arthritis throughout so things are difficult to put together but I sat on the couch and watched the video and proceeded to put the ladder together without a glitch. It comes with 2 extra screws, felt tips to not scratch the floor,or wall, and black stickers to cover the screws for a beautiful finish without seeing screw holes. It comes with a nice tool to screw the screws in with. The tool has a nice handle but, with arthritis, I just wish the handle was a bit longer for me to grip easier. Not the company's fault; just my own wish. The ladder has 6 rods for hanging. Leans against the wall very nicely. Is just what I wanted and I'm grateful for the smooth paint job, no shaggy wood pieces hanging, the convenient added tool, the added felt tips and screw cover stickers. Very nice additions to the package. Now..... if only the 3rd bulb worked.

Looks good and is sturdy but when I got it out of the box the hinges was in the wrong place so it wouldn’t straighten out so after unscrewing the hinges and relocating them, we started putting in the wooden rails in the middle, we had to drill new holes and use our own screws because the screws that came with it was stripped and the holes in the wood was stripped also, maybe someone had tinkered with it before. Took more time and effort than it should have but we got it put up and it does it’s job.

Sturdy; however although it has fabric protectors it marked our new walls. And the protectors fell off right away.
