The foundation of any great skate is the structure (boot). The Advantage Pro XT is designed with a built in frame for newer skaters to have more control and response when skating. Having more control enhances stability. The structure also lowers the center of gravity to help with balance. Combine these things with the sleek, anatomical design of the shell and you have the makings of a high quality skate with great lateral support, fit and value to satisfy the needs of any entry level skater.
Generous Padding
The ideal way to complement the fit and support of the shell is to have comfortable padding. The lining is designed to improve the skating experience with strategically shaped and placed pads. This cradles the feet in comfort and reduces foot fatigue for longer more enjoyable skating. Ample cushioning in both the liner and tongue create a plush feel and ensure the feet are protected in every stride, push and forward flex.
Reliable Closure System
The buckle, powerstrap and lace closure system secure the feet inside the skates to enhance the fit and add additional support. When learning, newer skaters tend to forget how important the closure system is. Improper fit or support can compromise the performance and affect ones ability to skate. During the skate stride this system will securely support the instep and lock in the ankles to improve skating performance.
Smooth, Easy Roll
The wheel and bearing combination is perfect for a beginner. Speed and control are balanced nicely to create a ride that is not as intimidating but still provide a smooth easy roll. When learning, 80mm wheels will allow for easier turning while the ABEC 7 bearings will help the wheel spin more freely. The end result is moderate speed with less effort for easier learning.

Find Your Skate Size
Most skates follow your shoe size.
Check the following:
- The skate's closure system should be secured snugly. Tap the heel on the floor to push it into the rear of the boot.
- Standing with knees bent or skating, the heel should be secure with minimal lift. A skate that is too loose can compromise support.
- Toes should not be cramped against the front of the skate.
- Toes should lightly brush against the toe area. Your heels will settle back giving them the proper room and allowing the skate to feel snug.
- Skate socks make a big difference in the performance and fit of skates.

These are perfect HOWEVER I didn’t listen to the reviews and order a size up I typically wear a 6.5 in regular shoes and I would rent a size 6 in rollerblades so I bought a 6… WAY TO SMALL not extremely small but my tires were squished so immediately returning to get the next size up

I have been ice and roller skating for 40 years. I tried blades about 20 years ago and just couldn't do it. I was determined to try again, so I got these. The price was good, and I went with the name brand this time. Night and day difference! I wish I had gotten these 20 years ago! My ONLY complaint is that there was supposed to be a short axle to remove the brake, and I did not receive that. The packet was sealed, and had instructions and two allen wrenches, but no extra axle. I live in the middle of nowhere, so trying to find the part will be difficult. Other than that, they are very comfortable and roll great. I feel like my foot is well supported and held firmly in place. Love the hot pink, too!

I read several reviews here about ordering one size and getting a different size even after multiple returns.. So in my case I bought a used like new pair advertised as a size 10 which is technically a size too large for me but based on the reviews I thought well maybe I'll get a size 9. BINGO! And they arrived on Christmas Eve which just added to the fun. Size 9 fits me perfectly I'm one of the lucky ones it seems. Love the hot pink.

I’m new to rollerblading, and I really like these skates. They tighten with laces and 2 straps. My shoe size is 8.5, so I was debating whether to buy an 8 or 9. I bought the 9, and I wear 2 pairs of socks, which works well. The wheels move nicely and smoothly. After about 3 weeks, I am the rollerblading grandma queen. Well, not yet, but I’m getting there!

I really like these. Easy to get on and off. Performed well. Last time I rollerbladed was about 25 years ago so I wanted a pair that were pretty comfortable, good performance with speed but not too crazy. The inside of my ankles did start to rub and were a bit sore afterwards but i think they will break in along with the boots the more i wear them. And heck it's been quite a while since I subjected my feet this type of activity. Overall good blades if you are looking for recreational skating on a good paved surface.

I've had these skates for several months now and have used them both indoor and outdoor and they've been amazing! They're very comfortable (just don't make them too tight and I recommend wearing long socks), very stable and easy to keep balance, and very well built to withstand fast skating both in a skating rink and outdoors on a trail! Very highly recommended these roller blades if you're already experienced with them! (Its ok for beginners but don't be discouraged if it takes a little bit to get used to!)

I love my blades! I’ve never rollerbladed before but thanks to this affordable pair I’ve discovered a wonderful and healthy new hobby! They fit really well (true to size), they’re secure, comfortable, and really great quality! 100% recommend! If you find the bottom hard on your feet, add an insole. I added a padded sole for extra comfort and now it’s even better.

I had to order a size 9, even though I wear size 8 shoes. There was no exchange available, so I had to return them and reorder them. That process is way too long. The top of the skate squeezes my calf and causes bruising. Even on the very last setting. I do not know if this is common or expected to ensure ankle support. Other than that, they are good. Comes with the tools to ensure wheels are tight and do not fall off while skating. Very smooth roll.
