We received the 36" Blackstone griddle but it was damaged due to shipping. Blackstone backed their product and gave us a 100% refund and paid all shipping cost.Disappointing but great customer support. I will be getting another one but we will be buying from a store.

I have always wanted a Blackstone. My family and I are having a blast using it. We have made wraps, cooked chicken, made a full breakfast on this thing!! The quality is high and the use is easy. We read the instructions and saw a few YouTube videos by Blackstone and you can do almost any cooking on it. It’s easy to clean too. The price was right!!
