Operation is smooth. Mort than enough power. Only downside is no neutral position on the pedal.

My lift is for my Custom Motorcycle and Machine Service Shop. It has been used heavily since it arrived and has proven to be more tool than I expected it to be for the money. From the prompt order processing and packaging to assembly and set up for use, this entire experience has been an absolute pleasure and proved to be a very rewarding decision. I will be buying from this company again. And I am telling everyone to do the same for their needs

The ramp is well made and it looks great. I had no issues with assembly, which wasn't difficult minus the weight, but the weight was just from flipping it out of the box and orientation it. Other than that, it's pretty easy to lift one end and let the wheels do a lot of the work. These guys shipped with Roadrunner. I don't know if that's standard with these guys or not. But the Roadrunner Freight company was a PITA. That's another review for a different company though.I love this ramp. If you're looking for a solidly built product, I would recommend this one.

I like that it can be adjusted for long wheel base bikes like my 2006 AIH LSC chopper!

In 1998, I left a quickly-blooming radio career to co-found what would eventually become an industry Top-100 and a brand Top-25 retailing motorcycle dealership. At startup — before the success — my two buddies-turned-business-partners and I had to cut every possible corner, squeeze every penny and buy everything cheap; but when it came to service department lift table options, I’d insisted that we buy the best we could possibly afford. “These have to last as long as possible with various level techs beating on them like their school bully,” I’d said. (Having grown-up racing motocross, I’d seen what angry service techs could destroy when things weren’t going right! Those guys are brilliant, but very strong and often short-fused!)The tables we bought back then, (for over three-grand each), ended up lasting through many Tech-tantrums and I sold them off individually when I sold the company in 2012. I was amazed at how tough they were.I tell you that so that I can tell you this: Fast-Forward a decade, I’m partially-retired and Co-Owner of a radio station where I engage in the back-breaking, hard labor of standing around a table with several friends for 3-hours each weekday morning and making fun of life. (It’s a tough life, but someone’s gotta live it).So, when I recently moved to a larger farm and bought a few new “toys,” I realized after spending two days bent down, installing new injectors in my street bike that I wanted a lift table like we once had at the dealership.Checking Amazon, and comparing what I found here with Northern Supply and other large toll vendors, I found that this lift table had all of the same features and specs as those I’d once researched and financed myself to the hilt to buy for my dealership. I worried that maybe the lower price would mean lower quality, but I took the risk and ordered one.Two business days later, a trucking company called and scheduled a delivery time for the next day! Yes, that fast!I had to put pallet forks on my skid steer to move the crate to my shop from where my wife had the truck driver unload it, (so be aware if you buy one, these are heavy!), but the weight of the thing was a good sign.As soon as I assembled it, (which took no time, even though I bought the higher-end one with the additional side extensions and motorcycle front wheel clamp - the main lift unit itself, if you don’t buy the extras - is pretty much ready-to-use when you uncrate it!), I realized that this was, in fact, every bit the lift that is invested so much in years ago!Connect the air hose from your compressor to the quick-connect on the foot pedal and go to work! It’s really that easy! (Sorry so many exclamation points here - I’m really that excited about this table!)Like any red-blooded American male, I immediately used it to make assembling a new BBQ grill easier on my back and then proceeded to “test-lift” every piece of equipment that I planned to use it for maintaining in the future. (What my wife would call, “playing with my new toy in the shop” … she’s right, I was playing). 🤦🏼‍♂️Connected to my 150psi compressor, (and limited to the 90-110psi recommended pressure), it easily lifted my Husqvarna 501, then my grizzly 700 ATV, my Stratoliner, my Skag mower and even my Rhino side-by-side!All of them fit nicely on the table (with side and front extensions installed) and it didn’t show any signs of effort lifting any of them. (Of course, all are far below the 1,500 max). They’re heavy tables, obviously quality-built and I’m confident that it’ll last a lifetime … At least for the rest of mine.I rarely write a review just after the first use of a product, but for this I had to make the exception. I feel that the quality is there and I’m confident with this product. Should that change, I’ll definitely come back and revise this, but for now, I’m extremely happy with this table and I believe you will be, too!!

Shipping was quick. Packaged well upon delivery. Easy setup. I did however upgrade bolts for assembly to grade 8 as the ones supplied were not good.

As other reviewers have indicated, the foot pedal that comes with this lift table is inadequate. It does not have a neutral position, so the (1,000 lb.) bike on the lift is either going up or down until you can lock the table into one of the notches on the mechanism. This can be awkward, at best. I gave Discount Ramps' Customer Service Team an opportunity to address this issue but unfortunately, they declined. I will need to resolve the issue myself, as I am not comfortable with the current foot pedal.Be prepared for its weight. It is very heavy when fully assembled and has no provision for a dolly to move it around the shop, contrary to what might be inferred from the written description. Not a huge issue, but something to be considered for placement in your shop.Otherwise, this is a VERY sturdy lift, with good quality paint, good welding and heavy duty steel construction. The wide stance makes for a much safer operation when loading and unloading motorcycles. I look forward to many years of service from this piece of equipment.
