It is a great product thank you. Very helpful for a one-man job. I would definitely order from this company but would recommend better packaging as the jacks are heavy enough to break the soft packing foams and box. Stronger cardboard packing to secure it would go a long way and not break apart...granted, the item itself will withstand any rough postal handling but the separate pieces can fall loose from the package and lost in transit?

I had been searching for something like this for a while now. I needed something solid to take the place of a wooden pole that was starting to splinter in my garage. Reasonably priced and tall enough to offer support to the roof of my garage. There were no instructions, but ended up being pretty straightforward to set up. Might have to order another!

Product arrived yesterday. Today, I uncrated.First thing I noticed was screw tube was stuck in center tube. Second thing I noticed was I had to work hard to get it to unscrew for adjustment.I recommend pulling it completely apart and greasing { anti-seize } the adjustment screw.You’ll see what I mean.Looked at my project, and realized I would need 2 more to support opposite side of the joist splice.👍👍👍

While the product is high quality, I think there are some shipping and quality control issues. Arrived late and slightly damaged, but nothing that would make me return it. However, as others have mentioned one of the sliding tubes was firmly stuck inside another. Someone else obviously received this jack stand and tried in vain to separate the tubes. There’s evidence someone tried to pry the tubes apart. I was able to separate them eventually, and won’t be returning it. It works! Just not really the experience I was expecting.

I ordered two. One arrived in its box with all parts. The other arrived in a shredded box, missing hardware and posts were jammed inside the other due to thick welding. Very cumbersome to use. To hold three posts in place with holes matching to install peg is hard
