It’s gorgeous other than the problem that it’s missing the 10 charm. Which was kind of an important charm. Can’t find anywhere to request replacement charms or how to order replacement charms or hot to contact actual seller. All the options given don’t quite cover what I need. Otherwise a great gift. Would’ve easily been 5 stars across the board had it been a complete item.

We took the age number charm & cake charm out, and will give these charms for a birthday gift, to add to her other charm collection. We also noticed you can find other charms to add later, so this is a great gift that can be added to for years.Update::Great necklace but the chain it came with does not fit through the holes. So we will have to find another chain that fits. Quality wise the necklace is nice & the chain is as well, just do not fit one another. So changed from 5 to 4 stars.
