This really wouldve made the last two weeks more comfortable. I was trying to cheap out and thought I didn't need them. If you are getting a tummy tuck/lipo, get these. I bought so many other prep items and this made a huge difference in the first minute of wear with a compression binder. It really helps even out the compression on my tummy which I feel like my lumps would've been less noticable if I had started wearing this from the beginning AND more comfortable!

I'm not sure how people wear compression garments post-op without foam! This stuff has been a life saver for me, I had an FDL tummy tuck and there is a very high rate of complication at the T area- if I had not had this foam I feel my incision would have been more likely to open. At 6WPO my incision has healed but I still wear it under that spot because it is comfortable and protects it from the clips on my faja- it's a good idea to have something to protect it because I am numb and can't really rely on feeling if something is digging in or not. I did go without it once and the area got very red. You can trim strips of this to fit on your scars too, I found the best way was to place under a compression tank that kind of held them in place and then put my faja over it. If you are having plastic surgery put this on your "must have" list!

I like the price for as many as you get. I wish they were thinner! You can easily see through clothes put one on incision in bra and bulky. Put one on thigh- bottom with compression type bike shorts and bulky! I like the relief- comfort off incision. I just wish a bit thinner so not noticeable through clothes also it does not just stick to thigh- bottom so every time restroom have to reposition and get bike shorts back over.
