This cage is way too small for any bird and should not be sold at all.

Inhumanly small for any small bird like a parakeet. Bounces easily. Abusively small and unstable, especially in a circle shape the bird has nowhere to stand flat?! even for a short walk this is absolutely not ok. This product is animal abuse at its finest. Absolutely do not buy this product if you care about your pet.
