How to change blade :
- Slide blade carriage to the blade removal groove near the bottom of the clear bar, pull up on the carriage to remove.
- Set the new carriage into the groove and slide it up the clear bar to set in place.

I bought a cutter at AC Moore before it went belly up a little over a year ago. I was wondering who was going to take over that line afterwards. Hobby Lobby sells something like this that fits for a little less. Still, this was convenient and I didn't have to leave the house and it works with the Simply Nicole cutter. So far, so good. It cuts just fine.

I tend to use my trimmer blades until they can't cut any more; however, they have like a "it's time to change your blade" unknown mechanism. When the blade gets too worn, it pops out of the trimmer every time the slider bar is opened up. So, because I had new blades I changed them out and VALAH...the new blade stayed in the cutting/scoring groove. Whether this is how they were designed to work or not...this is what worked for me.

This cutter is perfect! I love the versatility of the scorer and the cutting blade always in place and at the ready. It's very precise, too, and my cards now fold perfectly in half on the scorelines. Other cutters were always a smidgen off. Not this one; it's perfect.
