I really really hate fake and plastic plants, but these silk imitation ones are great. They are so soft for my fish and seem well made. A little pricey like all the good silk ones are but I think worth it as I equally hate dead rotting leaves from real plants that make you have to vacuum all the time. I highly recommend

Won’t tear up your bettas fins:) decent if you’re new to fish keeping and want to create a natural looking tank without having to keep live plants yet.

They look nice and they are soft, which is nice for my betta. The medium is definitely more suited for a 20 gallon or larger, but my Betta appreciated all the hiding/resting spaces. However, they have been in my tank for 3 days and there are already threads coming off, in several places. If they’re already looking tattered in such a short period of time, I don’t think they will hold up well. It’s a shame because they are pretty.

I bought these silk plants so they would not damage my fishes fins. I am very happy with them. I will note that the base does not look like the picture. It is a solid textured brown orb as opposed to the metal look that is in the picture. I don’t mind this so it did not affect my rating. The color is vibrant.

I only used the green plants so far. I ordered two sets. It was important that they were soft for my betta fish and tetra. The betta loves and sits on the leaves or will find a cozy spot between the leaves. The base is a round ball and it was a little tricky to bury it because my substrate is only about an inch deep and the ball is kinda big. I figured it out and the results are a beautiful tank. I totally failed with real plants. These artificial plants will make aquarium maintenance much easier.

(Excuse my brine shrimp feeding). I love these silk plants. With their big soft leaves, my betta likes to prop within them and it gives good cover for my kuhli loaches. Not only are they pretty but easy to position and manipulate for the look you’re trying to achieve. I purchased the green and purple just to give a splash of color in my half/half live plant tank. Picture is the 2 plants in a 10 gallon.

Eigentlich war diese Pflanze sehr schön und wirkte auch täuschend echt .... aber nach längerer Zeit im Aquarium fransen die Ränder aus leider

Arrived quickly, and my betta fish loves to lay on the large, soft leaves. No need to worry his fins being sliced or cut. They provide lots of cover, and good places to make bubble nests. Kind of pricey, but the best silk plants out of the different brands I have tried.

Dos tonos diferentes, hojas de tela y talla media, para cualquier tipo de acuario... por ponerle algún pero es que las dos plantas son de la misma altura pero en el acuario lucen bien.

My son purchased these first and they are beautiful in his tank. So, when I decided on a theme I did the same...but I didnt realize how purple it looked. I used it anyway. Turns out the color is much darker when wet so it works perfectly. The texture is also great for my betta. The base blends well with the gravel. I believe we have a winner. I think they are a little expensive but still a keeper.Update Jan. 2021: They are okay for the price. I found they lean alot if you don't anchor rocks around them. Also, they have frayed around the edges. Having said that, I would still purchase them. I use to scrub my decor clean so maybe that's why. Now I soak in bleach & then dechlorinated water. Still great for fins.

I had no idea that bettas needed silk aquarium plants to keep from shredding their delicate (beautiful) fins. My plastic plants were fading and deteriorating, and my local pet stores only sold similar items. I went to Amazon to find something better to replace my awful plastic plants and discovered from reading reviews that bettas should have silk plants. Amazon has a nice variety. My spoiled betta lives in a (tall) hexagonal 12-gallon tank with just a Cory catfish and a couple of snails. These plants are beautiful in it. The purple provides camouflage for my Halfmoon Dragon blue-and-red betta. I bought two sets of these plants, so the aquarium foliage is rather lush, and the betta has a couple of "caves" within the leaves where he can rest. His shredded fins are healing, and he is one happier fish. I would highly recommend these plants.
