This hose is the strongest lightest, most durable hose ever almost pit bull proof(dog proof).. I like this hose because you can walk it through yard and driveway obstacles with out snagging . It slides with ease. Do not walk on it like ball bearings you will slip. Other than that .the best hose ever . 110%

I have purchased this hose previously. The photo of this product shows a shut off valve but mine did not include one. I should have returned it but did not notice it until after it was un boxed. However, the hose is very good. It easy to coil and light in weight.

The Bionic Steel Pro 75 FT Garden Hose has truly exceeded my expectations! This hose is a game-changer for anyone who needs a durable and reliable solution for outdoor watering. The hose lasted a little over a year before it sprung a leak. I was hoping it would last longer but with the warranty and their quick and friendly support, It made this purchase worth it.

I have several of these hoses all around my property. I've replaced each of them a few times because, while they are extremely durable, they do still break. And when they break, they always seem to break at the connector. I'm switching this time to a different brand, although the materials appear to be the same so I'm not sure if it'll make a difference. The problem is that, when an ordinary hose breaks you can cut off the broken end and attach a new connector. You can't do that with these. Once these steel hoses break, they're done -- you need to purchase an entirely new hose. That said, these are still the best style of hose for me. I have physical limitations and minor disabilities. These hoses are lightweight, they don't kink, they're easy for me to drag around the yard, they don't tangle, they're flexible and they are still far more durable than any of those fabric shrivel-up coil hoses which waste a ton of water when you shut them off. I haven't found a better style of hose yet, and I think I've tried just about every kind out there. I'm entirely sold on these. Just saying, don't assume they will never break. I need to replace mine about every 18 months or so.

I ordered my Bionic Hose in Summer 2023 after seeing some positive reviews online. By April 2024, it sprung a small leak in the middle of the hose. Also, the sprayer attachment cracked. I liked the hose, but was very disappointed that it broke so quickly. The box advertises a 5-year warranty, so I expected it to last for 5+ years.That said, on Mon 4/8/24 I tried calling the Emson Customer Support number on my Amazon Order page, and to my pleasant surprise, someone picked up the phone quickly. She asked me for my shipping info, and created a replacement order for me. She just asked me to email them a copy of my Amazon receipt. By Wed 4/10/24, I received a reply to my email saying a replacement hose had been shipped. The brand new hose arrived 1 week later on Wed 4/17/24.Next year, I will remove my hose before the winter and store it in my house. I suspect that the damage was due to the cold weather (although it's not that cold where I live). I still give the hose a 5-star rating, because it's lightweight, doesn't kink, and customer service was fantastic.

After years of struggling with the typical rubber garden hoses, I decided to replace all of my garden hoses this year. I replaced a couple of runs with the expandable hoses (great option) but I decided to go with the metal garden hoses for the longest run. I had purchased a 100 ft metal hose which was just a little short so I purchased this Bionic Steel 25 ft hose to extend the run. I am extremely pleased with the transition to the metal garden hose. They are so much lighter than the rubber hoses, they don't tangle and they are so much less frustrating to work with. Ultimately saves time and energy in coiling and uncoiling the hoses. I especially like the fact that this particular hose has the shut off valve at the end. This is a very convenient feature. Needless to say I will never be going back to the rubber hoses.

Can’t say enough good things about this hose. Very well made and virtually impossible to tangle. How a metal hose can be lighter and easier to manipulate than a plastic one is beyond me, but it’s all those things and more.

Looks sturdy, I particularly like the brass fittings, hopefully will last longer that plastic ones. Also like the stop valve at the end of the hose, very convenient. It took a little while to ‘unkink’ it straight out of the box, but after a couple of times using it it winds up now with no problem.
