This faucet goes great with our glass tile backsplash and has been very functional for all who have used it. I originally wanted this for our daughter who is in a wheelchair, but even our guests love the faucet. What’s great is that you can place your hands under the sensor to wash your hands or touch the power button on top to turn it on and off. It has been a great upgrade for our guest bathroom. Totally worth it!

I bought this and was extremely excited to use it. Faucet ran fine for a couple days but then stopped giving hot water. I had to get my contractor recheck the faucet a couple times for the same issue. He would have to re install the thing to ensure its running fine. Another issue I expressed to the seller was that is there a functionality that water ca. remain on for a little longer with the sensor instead of me staying under sensor and breaking my back. The seller did respond but it was very generic. I requested for then check it out but there was no acknowledgment. By then the return window was closed so I could not return this as well. Seller first told me that they can the but will deduct 20% restocking fee. I was ok with that too but there is no response from them at all. I had bought another faucet from them which I return within the timeframe. Will definitely not recommend them to anyone.

This was a great upgrade to the bathroom faucet. I love that it has a push on button and a sensor for our little kids.

This touchless bathroom sink faucet is both fancy and functional, and I’m loving it! The gold champagne finish adds a touch of luxury to my bathroom, and the hands-free or touch-activated option is super convenient. Best part? It’s easy to install, and there’s no electrical work needed, just set it up and you’re good to go. If you’re looking to upgrade your sink with something stylish and practical, this faucet is a winner!

I have used this faucet for over 6 month, it looks very nice and has not blemished with the somewhat hard water we have in this house. The main issue, as others have pointed to, is the short range of the motion sensor. I tried washing my hands using the motion sensor but the faucet keeps turning on and off, very annoying. Now I just use the button to turn it on, wash my hands and use the button again to turn it off. That takes away from the main feature of this faucet.A secondary issue is the way the pipes coming out the bottom of the faucet are positioned, both the hot and cold are on one side of the faucet, they take up so much space that I was not able to fully center the faucet. Might be visible on the head on photo. The pressure is fine, but I think the stream is a smaller diameter than an average faucet has. Some people mentioned that the water turns off slowly. That is probably a feature, to prevent water hammer. I think it's really nice that they considered that.Could have been a great faucet, if the motion sensor was improved, and maybe add a knob to control the water pressure. As it is, I would not buy it again.

NOTE - You can't use Lithium Batteries - it would seem. The LED Temp would light - but no Water. Switched to Alkaline Batteries and water flowed.

I love the look of this faucet. It works good as motion settings, or turn it straight on. I like that you can see the water temperature.
