All elements seem to work well individually and it's a good magnifier, but the assembly is very floppy and fidgety and I find that I am constantly trying to keep the lenses aligned with my eyes so I can see through it. I think the kind which has the little telescopes embedded in some 'safety glasses' would work a lot better. It works, but it's very difficult to use.

This product is okay for the first month or so. The problem with this product is the head lamp.The screws come loose and before you realize it, you have parts missing and you have nothing to hold the lamp onto the head band itself. This does not come with replacement parts.The second issue is that the light stops charging, so now you have this headband that tends to be heavy to begin with and the light doesn't work.The whole point of wearing something like this is for the combination, light and loupes.I am a dental assistant and used these to help with my job. I've tried contacting the seller and haven't received a response.I would pass on this and save your money.

Cero detalle. Trabajan súper bien para cirugía de columna y cerebro. La inversión más que buena. Livianas a mi parecer, la luz la coloco al mínimo puesto que es suficiente, las lupas súper claras y con buen campo de trabajo. Solo le falta el estuche.

the magnification did not work efficiently and needed to be too close to the patient. Sent a message asking questions and no response. Could be a good product overall but no assistance. Hurts to wear for long periods.

Everyday use for ENT practice, is a very lightweight headlamp, though it should be handled with care because is on the delicate side.Very bright, white and powerful beam.The Loupes are ok, but I use without them.

Nice comfortable headlight. Beam is kind of narrow but light is pretty good. I use it in the OR and it's very useful.

The Careshine Dental Binocular Loupe provides excellent magnification at approximately 16 inches. The light is extremely bright and can be adjusted. In addition, the light does not produce an artificial color cast (appears to be 5000 K). It is nice that the unit is all self-contained. This lighting system is NOT a medical grade device, but does a pretty good job. Time will tell if it is durable and long lasting.
