The shoe cubbies are a little too small for women's high heels, or bulky shoes.

I got this organizer for my wife to use in her closet. She has it stuffed with sweaters, tops, and nightgowns. That freed up space on her crowded top shelf in the closet. Additionally, she doesn't have to dig through a pile to find what she wants as the items are all displayed for her. The organizer has a hook-n-loop fastener that goes around the hanger cross bar, and it is very secure. My wife loves this organizer, and I'm a hero.... well, sort of anyway.

Purchased for our 5th wheel closet - women's shoes fit well - men's sandals work fine, but not for croc's - had to put one in each bin. Keeps shoes off the floor and better organized though

This was added in a small closet in a bedroom for an apartment we rent out. This is a great substitute for not having a dresser and can hold a ton of towels, sheets, and clothes. It also feels pretty rigid and sturdy. Very much recommend this.
