The antennas seem to be about average build quality. The gain is about as advertised. The outside of the connectors is very large and if you need dual antennas that are close together on the computer these won’t work.For those who say the don’t work, check your connectors. There are TWO types of SMA connector. One has a pin in the center and the othe does not (RP SMA). Both have the same thread and it’s possible to screw an RP SMA onto another RP SMA connector but they won’t have any connection to the center so there’s no connection to the antenna.You MUST have a small pin in the middle of the connector you are screwing the antenna onto or it won’t work!

These 8dB antennae perform worse than Bingfu's own 6dB antenna that have the thin pointy tips.Using them on my Asus AX88U Pro and the 8dB antennae have worse range and speed compared to the Bingfu 6dB antennae I had on before which where a stark improvement over the stock antennae.

Lost the original Wi-Fi antennas during a move. These screwed on and worked perfectly. Super easy solution. Signal strength is greater than the shorter original antennas too.

Worked perfectly, just got to research and make sure your needs have right size threads! My old router had broken antennas checked and this was right size threads! Also the gain was better with these!Shame how some companies sell you a router but don’t carry replacement parts very long!Thankful these are out there for a reasonable price!

I have used these instead of the dongle and wire that came with mother boards. New drops in signal reception or speeds. Antennas work as described. Highly recommend and they were cheaper than other packs with only 2 antennas by other brands

As headline says, this 8dBi antenna gave me a very slight increase in signal strength vs OEM Linksys antenna that came with my WRT32X router.The slight improvement was noticed particularly on my downstairs gaming desktop connected via Wi-Fi 5Ghz only.At 12 dollars I'd say any increase in signal strength is better than none.

These antennas look more substantial and serious than the original antennas on my Asus RT-AC66U router but they are all show and no go.I measured no increase in signal strength with these alleged 8dBi gain antennas and only a nominal difference in bandwidth (a measly 0.11 Mbps difference in download speed from the Asus stock antennas). These aftermarket antennas produced an insignificantly slightly lower upload speed result, a difference of 0.02 Mbps. The only advantage these antennas provide is when they are used with antenna extension cables such as the 16.5 ft. Bingfu RP-SMA Male to RP-SMA Female Bulkhead Mount RG174. The antennas can be 16.5' away from the router to increase signal strength by being closer to the wifi transmitter. This is helpful if you are within receiving distance of a wireless hotspot and using your router as a wifi repeater. Regrettably, this is the only thing these hyped antennas are good for.
