The box or the bottle does not tell what the scent is. If the receiver wants to order it they won't know what it is. That happened to me, I went to re-order and had to guess and I'm still not sure it's the same as I had before. The Lavender Vanilla is noted on the box why not the Bergamont Vanilla labeled.

The taste is quite good, the packaging is also very tight no leakage or damage to anything. Also came with a lot of diffuser sticks but because I like the taste a little lighter only put half of them in. Put in the window, sometimes in the room or go out after returning to the house to smell the light scent mood will become better.

Beautiful jar to hold scent sticks included, the more sticks you use the stronger the scent. I picked fruity and flowers which has a nice fresh odor to it. Reminds me of working in a flower garden. Sticks last a long time, much better than those plug in air fresheners and decorative to look at. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.

I have a guest bathroom that I have to have the door closed 24/7 because of my cats. So I needed something that wasn't super over powering (unlike a Glade plugin) and I thought this would be perfect! My bathroom is a decent size but not what I would describe as large.When this came in the mail I was very excited. It took me 15 minutes to get the dang plug/cork thing out of the bottle. I broke two nails and ripped it the trim of the plug and got oil all over myself and my counter top. This is pretty annoying if I'm being honest and the oil felt like it burned my skin a little bit so I wouldn't recommend getting this on you.Once I placed it in my bathroom it looks super cute however after 24 hours ( I wanted to make sure the reeds were completely full of the oil) it gives off zero scent unless you shove your nose into it. Once again, my bathroom is not large and you should be able to smell something since they door is always closed. You can find these things all over the place so I don't foresee myself purchasing this brand ever again.

After my previous review- customer service reached out to me and replaced this item along with some instructions.The reason why this was not lasting as long as I had anticipated is because I was using too many reed sticks.When using this USE ONLY 4 REED STICKS.Customer service has been the best I have had as of late. George contacted me, gave me instruction, and immediately replaced the item for me. Overall- this is the best reed diffuser to use. The best elegant scent that is perfect for the office, bathroom, kitchen etc.Now using fewer sticks this is not only going to last, but it is going to keep the beautiful scent alive!Yay!Thank you George!!!!I will be purchasing again in the future!!!!

Very nice packaging in the box, nicely presented. Upon receipt looks like women's perfume. Smells really good, i have yet to find out how long it last. The size is great and looks good inside the bathroom. Doesnt say where it's made, or company information. The bottle and reed diffusers looks good, nicely designed.The only downside is it smells a bit too much like women's perfume, which can be a good thing if that's what you are looking for. It smells good. But I am looking for a smell that's more understated, and compatible with a hotel bathroom or bedroom, and this doesnt feel too right. So I will guess other smells a try, but it's all subjective. Overall this is still great product
