Seems pretty sturdy. I wouldn't mind if the individual shelves were a touch thicker, but I made mine into a half stack in order to put a couple dumbbells on top, and I used two shelves on the top (the second upside down - see picture) to give it a little extra stability. With two shelves on top it seems very sturdy and has no problem holding 100+lbs of weight. I don't know that I would want to try much more than that, though.

Item was priced well and came packaged nicely too. Easy to put together. My 14 year old wanted to do it and had it completed within approximately 30 min. Not sure on how much it can actually hold as we are not using it with heavy items but it seems capable. Would recommend.

The shelf ia a bit on the flimsy side. The pieces that fit together to provide stability & structure wouldn't stay in, but stabilized once the shelves were put on top, bc it was too loose & the pieces of the frame putting together wouldn't stay down, which made it take a little over 2 hours to put together. One of the metal pieces to put the connector in bent & had to be pulled out with pliers. Shelves do hold up well, although I'm not putting anything very heavy on them. I would advise the company to rethink using FedEx, as I had severe complications with them on two companies this week & their drivers not dropping off the 100 lb packages to my door as instructed and were not truthful about having access, as well as the difficulty in reaching their CS, ensuring the driver delivered, set back delivery time, bc their automated system misinterpreted what I said so severely, it changed the date of drop off & didn't u do it when I said no, that isn't correct. It's become a horrible company to do business with and will now no longer buy from any company who uses them for shipping. All in all this product will work, but not quite worth the price, the material bends very easily & I worry about the stability of the shelves bending if I put anything heavier than my towels & blankets on them & structure wobbling.
