WARM TIPS (IMPORTANT)

Please read the product instruction carefully to ensure proper installation!

Make sure the application surface is thoroughly cleaned and dry before applying the adapter.
The 3M VHB adhesive will adhere to flat, hard, non-textured, non-porous surfaces such as plastic and metal.
It will NOT adhere to rubber, silicon or soft touch coatings.
Please don't stick it on the phone directly.
Stick the adapter vertically in the center of the phone case and press the adapter so that it is attached on the phone case firmly.
Allow adhesive to dry for 24 hours before using for better stickiness.
The 3M VHB adhesive is a single use adhesive, It is NOT reusable if removed.
Make sure your phone pushed into place of the mount base completely before riding.

I've been using this mount going on a couple months. I really like the design and functionality, but after loosing my footing and bumping into the phone while in the mount, it would seem the locking mechanism is slightly broken. As the mount will turn to the unlocking position if I don't constantly check that the lock is fully engaged. Still worth buying but be warned.

I bought a cheap plastic case with a ring holder on the back. Using the small lanyard supplied I attached that to the ring and use I it as a backup method to secure the phone to my bike just in case it comes loose. However, the phone is held solidly on the bike mount and is perfect for watching my progress on my rides. The self adhesive tape on the mounting plate won’t stick to a silicone case, buy one with a smooth plastic back for your bike rides.

This mount is far more sturdy than the mounts that UniHertz provide. The phone is easy to put on/off, and I like the fact that I can mount the phone in both portrait and landscape modes. I have one of these for the road bike (with bar mount) and one for the mountain bike (out-front stem mount).If you choose the stem mount, make SURE before purchasing that you will be happy with the angle at which the phone will sit (in line with the stem/handle bar bolts). I ended up swapping stems between two bikes to get the angle to where I liked it.

The adhesive portion of the product was horrible. Mid ride phone fell and cracked. Not only was this a problem but the customer service is worse. They never responded and they are impossible to get a hold of.

Works like a charm! Only downside (if any) is that you have to permanently stick the adapter to your phone case.Make sure the case is a hard plastic case (not rubber/silicone case as it wont stick well.Upside is the extra adapter are available relatively cheapOverall love this clean install and very effective as it works over the bumpiest of trails

I was a little hesitant about this after seeing a couple of not so great reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised with this accessory for my gravel bike and actually ended up buying a second one for my mountain bike. Only complaint was that the Allen screw that came with the bracket did not fit in the star nut for the headset, which was fine, just used the original. Snaps in to place with ease, has a locking feature and is great to have your phone front and center for navigation or changing music. Love it!
